We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! I had found one of their leather sofas online and messaged the store via chat and they were so great to work with! I later found out I had been speaking to the owner of the store and I was so impressed with the way he handled all my questions and even honored a sale that had already ended (but the price was still advertised as the sale price online, I guess it hadn't updated yet). When we went to go see the store we worked with Tracy who was awesome! We didn't feel pressured at all to close the sale that day and she sent us an invoice to purchase at our convenience, and they also said they would hold it until we could come pick it up! I am just incredibly impressed with everything from the owner to the store to the employees and I would highly highly recommend going here! I know we will be back! More...

My review is colored by a Christmas migraine and traffic, stress. The quality of the bed I saw in my facebook ad was better that expected, and worth the trip. The price (a special) was as advertised. Sale proceeded a bit slower than anticipated due to ipad use. I requested white glove delivery and no estimate of when can be given as I must wait to hear from delivery service to contact me. This is a review I write 3 months after purchase. I needed a big solid wood dining table that could seat 8 chairs but something elegant and stylish. I was in love with their 96" Denver dining table. I matched them with Juliet Dining chairs. I think this table is going to look even better as it gets older with the natural wear, scratches and dents and stuff down the road. I drive by MidinMod everyday since it's on the way to work. Just recently a purple color velvet sofa caught my eye in their display and drew me in. I am not an impulsive buyer but I had been thinking of changing my sofa and i was really taken by that color, not something you can find in every furniture shop. I pulled the trigger immediately. It was one of the fastest and most seamless process I've had with buying furniture. The presentation on the sales floor was well organized, and it was all furniture I had seen online, which made the decision process much easier. There was no hovering, we were greeted and assisted upon entering the store but left to decide; no helicopter approach. The delivery fee is very reasonable as well. We LOVED our barstools that we ordered online. They were high quality and beautiful. Our only inconvenient experience was the pick-up. The numbers provided for us to call ahead of time did not work (no one answered at the warehouse and the hours were listed incorrectly at the showroom), and when we showed up to the Westheimer location to pick them up, the stools were not completely in stock. We had to drive out to the Katy location to pick up our 3rd stool. This is not our first furniture purchase from MidInMod, and we will return. We hope the communication channels improve, though. I LOVE my new leather sofa! I spent 2 weeks searching high and low for the perfect tanned leather sofa then finally stumbled across MidinMod online. I compared it with other top brands (all $2k-6k) and it was the most comfortable and at the best price. They have so many beautiful pieces in the showroom -- I would recommend them for any living room need!
