Wonderful service from Tracy, the events coordinator and perfect sized space for our sports banquet. The chef was also very accommodating for special dietary needs, without charging us extra.

I don't even know how to explain how happy and extremely grateful I am for Linda and Tracy! They took care of everything for us on our wedding and always made sure that I was happy. I am so thankful! They made planning and everything so much easier for me- always responsive via emails and answering every single question I had, and I had atleast one about every day. I'm struggling to find the right words to describe the stellar experience I had because of Linda and Tracey's support.

I worked mostly with Linda, who was supportive and patient with me from before we booked Michaels as our venue until the last second of our wedding. They were the only vendor who responded quickly to my emails and constant questions and opinions. The price was right, and our package included so much (bridal suite, complimentary h’or d’oeuvres, a champagne toast, and a longer reception time than all other venues we looked at).

My ceremony was supposed to be outside but it rained. Tracey and her team moved everyone inside SECONDS before it started pouring. She made the call when she saw the concerned look on my face - it was nice to have someone read my mind! This made me so happy that the staff wanted to go above and beyond to cater to me and relieve my stress!

My reception was in the Pavilion Room, which comfortably accommodated my 120 guests with plenty of room for mingling and dancing. Our buffet meal was fantastic. The service staff was so friendly. We received so many compliments about how great the space was. Linda and Tracy’s staff did a wonderful job at catering to our crazy crowd.

From the moment we decided to have our wedding at Michaels we knew it was going to be wonderful. Linda and Tiffany were available for any questions or concerns at any time of day. They carefully noted each request we had and made sure every detail was perfect on our special day. The setting for our outdoor ceremony was beautiful and made complete with a gorgeous array of freshly planted flowers. The pavilion room was spacious and set up even better than we envisioned. The catering staff was available for any request from both the bridal party and guests, and the bar staff had no problem keeping up with our large and demanding crowd. Michael and Linda are dear friends of my parents, so I, without a doubt knew I would be having my reception there cause I already knew what an amazing job they would do. They made our wedding better and more special than we could've ever imagined! Everything was perfect, the food, the room, bridal suite, the open bar, the staff, they really go above and beyond for you! I attended a New Year's Eve party at the Grove. Linda and Tiffany are not only sweet, the friendliest and most personal hostesses, they make you feel like family. I've attended many buffets over the years and to make filet mignon like butter for a buffet is one tasty act. The food spread was awesome from apps to the final breakfast at midnight.
