I hired Anthony Michael to do a full interior design of my two bedroom condo in Lakeview. He does an exceptional job of getting a sense for someone's style and preferences while adding his own design touch to the place. I cannot adequately put into words how pleased I am with Anthony and the rest of the team at Anthony Michael Interior Design, but I'll give it a shot. .. I am a bit of a control freak - some may even claim I have a mild case of OCD. Needless to say, the thought of turning over control of my recent home remodel made my stomach a bit uneasy. That feeling disappeared 10 minutes into my first meeting with Anthony - I immediately knew I was making the right decision. The level of attention his team puts into EVERY last detail was amazing (even to me). My home is now finished and the end result is stunning. I have lived in the completed home for two years now and I still smile from ear to ear every time I walk through the door. We recently moved from New York and were referred to Anthony Michael by friends of ours in the Gold Coast. All I can say is WOW! ..we love our new home and everything in it. Anthony and his team were spot on with defining who we are, in fact we did not really know our "style" until Anthony took the time to listen, learn and enlighten . The entire process was very well explained and thought through. Anthony Michael and his design team came on board for our new house project early in the design process. We were building a large family lake home in Wisconsin. I first saw Anthony's designs in print magazines in Chicago. It was his use of color that attracted me and drew my interest. Once I hired him, I was so overwhelmed and completely wowed by his color choices and combination of color for every element of the room design. Another thing Anthony does so well is mixing new designs with antique details. This was an unexpected surprise and made our home feel unique and totally personal to my taste. Anthony was incredibly organized and timely and constantly providing me with options and color schemes for the entire house. Working with the design team was a pleasure, emails and phone calls were immediately responded to and issues taken care of. Anthony Michael's team did an incredible job designing the interior of my house - a brand new, single family home.

I provided some examples of design I liked, and from there (and starting with a house full of white walls) they made specific recommendations for each room and area.

Their selections of fabric, colors, materials, layout and design were incredible. I also found them to be open to feedback. My friends and family have definitely been wow'ed when they've visited. The finished product is stylish, but also functional and livable/homey.

AMID was engaged to work on designing our home that went through a gut renovation. Nothing about this project was ordinary. Anthony and Emily from AMID were wonderful to work with and the project was completed on time and to my liking. Everything about the renovated home is extraordinary.

I can confidently state that the crew at AMID goes above and beyond what is expected of them as a full service interior design firm. Anthony's talents come through like clockwork and more importantly the transformation to the house was phenomenal. Every aspect of what I was looking for in my home, was meticulously discussed and aesthetically curated for implementation by our general contractors.

I am all the way in South Africa and came across the designs by Anthony Michael..
Because I was in love with all of his ideas from the completed projects on his profile, I decided to contact him for some of his ideas for a space i was struggling to complete.

I emailed him some pics and within the same week, I had a response from him.
His ideas matched exactly what i wanted and i was overjoyed that he took the time out to tackle my issue with such professionalism and vigour. He gave me options of what could be done with mys space and never once hesitated to share his experience.

My house has become a home after his suggestions and I will continue to look out for his amazing completed projects to gain inspiration.

Let me begin by saying that working with Anthony is like having a big brother. He makes you feel very comfortable and allows you to voice your concerns and opinions. Anthony is incredibly gifted and talented. His design ideas and expertise have impressed us, to say the least. He has always been available to us without complaining. Going through any project always has bumps and bruises. Looking back at the big picture and spending time in our newly renovated home, we have no regrets. We absolutely love our home! I have worked with Anthony Michael and his team, as a vendor providing TV lift cabinet systems, on many projects. I always get excited to when they get in touch with me about a project as I know, as a whole, the project is going to be amazing. Anthony Michael Interior Design's work is stunning.

As a vendor, it was clear from the start it was not going to be easy to get in with this great team. They did their homework, made me prove myself before rewarding me a project and treated my TV lift furniture piece as though it was for a top Hotel Villa (it might have been). What a wonderful experience working with Anthony Michael and his staff. Upon purchasing our vacation home in Sagatuck in Michagan, we started looking for a interior designer that fit our style. We searched houzz, talked to friends, and we kept hearing the name Anthony Michael Interior Design. we.reached out to them, and got a response immediately, and our appointment was the following week. Upon Anthony entering we knew right away we were going to hire him. His vision for our home, his personality, and his ideas (some we thought were outrageous), all came together to create a home we love. Anthony asked us to trust him, in the end it will all come together. We did, and we arrive then pleased with the end result. This is my 2nd home that Anthony is designing for me and I couldn't be more excited! We have known each other on a professional level for the past 17 years and he designed my first home within the past 8 years. It turned out absolutely gorgeous and surpassed my expectations beyond anything I could have imagined. His design was completely ahead of it's time and added an amazing amount of value to my property when I finally sold it just recently. Also, my profession is in the real estate field so I am privy to other interior designers' designs and Anthony Michael is in a field all his own! My new project is much more industrial themed and we just finished the initial presentation. I was blown away to put it mildly! I basically gave him free range to create any design that he thought would fit my new space and he has again exceeded my now even higher expectations! We last did our home 20 years ago and it was time to refresh. Needless to say, we didn't seriously consider searching for a designer. Our indecision changed when we met Anthony in the condo which he designed and furnished for our friends. Each room was stunning. His selections of wall coverings, window treatments and furnishings and accessories were spot on. Quiet elegance and yet very livable. My wife and I both knew then and there that we would commission Anthony to bring our tired home back to life. We just had our "Reveal." Our master bedroom/bath and family rooms are absolutely stunning. Though we had intended to refresh the LR, DR and remaining bedrooms at a later date, they are our next immediate project for Anthony Michael. We hired Anthony Michael to decorate and furnish our 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath apartment. We had intended to interview 3 designers, but after meeting Anthony and seeing his latest project, we felt Anthony was the man for the job! We didn't know what a great decision it was until we walked into our finished home! He was fun and knowledgeable, and so creative. He gave us choices, and the few times we didn't agree, he came up with just the right substitute! He always wanted us to understand what he envisioned. After working with him for awhile, we agreed to something we might be a little unsure of, so as not to cheat ourselves of his amazing ideas, and never regretted it. We left to go to Florida for 3 months and he and his crew swept in and created their magic. We talked every day to see how things were going. He was on top of everything going on, and required everyone working for him to not only do their their job, but to be respectful of our home, as far as cleaning up everyday, etc. When we walked in the door, our home was complete, and stunningly beautiful!!! We are still thrilled! Anthony, also, made it a home we could live in, and comfortable having our young Grandchildren visit.
