Great food, great service, first time and I already love it.
La comida es peruana , con su sabor característico, sus productos son frescos , y el servicio es bastante bueno, ojo no es un restaurante de lujo. Pero no se pasa mal. Hacen karaoke y las personas se divierten. More...
Best Peruvian food in the area.
Restaurant is kind of hidden but the food was great. Both Cau Cau and Pollo Saltado was very good. I will try it again.
Nice place, familiar, exquisite food,
Awesome food and service
One of the best Peruvian restaurants I bin too. Super clean excellent food and services
Best Chupe I've ever had
Fantastic food, truly the best Peruvian I've had in South Florida. The flavor of the lomo soltado truly "pops" in your mouth, with the meat cooked perfectly and the right seasoning. The service could be better - offering more drinks, checking on the table... But the food truly makes up for it. More...
Delicious Peruvian food. We had lomo saltado with tacu tacu and ají de gallina. The owner is such a nice lady. Definitely we would go back and refer this restaurant to every one we know
I love the food here!! It’s one of this places you want to keep a secret, I’m on vacation and this has been the best food I’ve had since I’ve been here in Florida, including high end restaurants in Miami !!! Prices here are awesome as well.
If you want to eat amazing Ceviche or Chupe, visit Micaela. They also serve very affordable chicken wings and chicken tenders with great French fries.
Muy riko todo se los recomiendo
My first time eating at Micaela and it was a great experience. I ordered the ceviche and the flavor was spot on, you can taste the home-made touch definitely recommend it.We had the Chicha and you could tell right away it was made fresh onsite, not many restaurants can say this.My rating is based on excellent food, friendly staff and very reasonable portion sizes. Will be coming back very soon! Stopped by while in town for work. I found the restaurant by doing a search of near by locations. I definitely think I lucked out. The shopping center was not in the best location and I think I would have missed it if I wasnt looking for it. The inside of the restaurant was bigger than I expected, it was clean and bright. It had about a half dozen flat screen TVs that were playing spanish music videos. It has spacious booths. I went after work so it was very early for dinner so it was not busy. The staff was friendly. I like Peruvian food and I kept it simple by getting the Lomo Saltado. It was pretty good. For dessert I got fried bananas with lucuma flavored ice cream. The presentation was great and I love anything banana flavor. It was my first time trying Lucuma flavor and it didn't disappoint. I am not sure how to describe the taste, it was sweet but not too much, it tasted like a few different fruit flavors combined. If you haven't tried the restaurant or lucuma I would recommend giving both a try. On my next trip in town will try ordering for pick up. More...

Healthy, delicious. Never disappoints!
Su ceviche aceptable ;)
I love this place. I've eaten here several times as well as getting take-out for Saturday lunch. Always good. They're not skimpy on the seafood either. The fried mix seafood was perfect. Squid was creamy which is no easy feat with squid. The only downside would be that they will close down without warning for a big catering job. We've pulled up several times when they're suppose to be opened, only to find they are not. Call ahead for lunch. More...
Excellent food and service!!! 100% satisfied!!! The best papa a la huancaina in town!!!
Nice quaint little place for good

Very DELISH food I'm Peruvian and the Ceviche is yummy.and the leche de Tigre was yummy
Lima saltado was very good. Was hoping to try the rotisserie chicken but it's only served on Sunday. The food was hot and fresh. Prices are average. Definitely a very casual locals restaurant. I'd like to try the green pasta and steak dish so maybe next time. The portions are decent sized. Service was good. More...
Very nice place!! Good peruvian food and service!
Loved it. Clean, friendly and the food is delicious
The food is amazing. I love this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A wonderful place.
In town visiting my daughter and her family and was really wanting some cerviche, several of her friends recommended Micaela's and we were blown away by this cute little Peruvian restaurant. We had the mussels and mixed seafood and could not get enough, it was a flavor explosion unlike anything else I've ever had and the sweet potato pushed it over the top. We'll definitely be back before I head back to Atlanta!!!! More...

Excellent food with very attentive wait staff.... came here just because me and my girlfriend had a hankering for Peruvian food and did not disappoint.
OMG YES YES YES!!!! This place is amazing! I have eaten several things from here but the lomo saltado is my favorite. I normally get takeout and the food is simply delicious. I would highly recommend trying this place. ...now if only Uber Eats would deliver this to me. More...
Amazing! You can feel the love that goes into the food. It's fresh and the service is great. I always get the tacu tacu con camarones. Lomo Saltado is yummy also.

Wow what a gem of a place. Great people great food and atmosphere. I will eat here on a regular basis. WOW
You have got to try it! Everything about this place is good! Service, cleanliness, food. I found the spot!
Awesome place, great food at reasonable prices, we try many places around and this is one of our favorites
Soooo good! Really enjoyed our food and experience.
Micaela came up with great reviews on Yelp as I was driving around aimlessly in Davie looking for something good to eat on a Friday night. I'll be honest, it's not located in a fancy area.. at all. In fact, I was a little nervous pulling into the plaza. However, as soon as we were greeted (after two steps?), I felted invited. There are alot of TVs inside. With the bar and music, it felt like we were walking into a party. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the service and food was. We ordered the Causa con Camarones to start. It was huge. Generous portion of shrimp and mash. Didn't care for the olives much, but that is a personal preference. I ordered the Green spaghetti with beef for my dinner and it was also massive. The beef was cooked just right, tender and flavorful. I've ordered green pasta at other Peruvian restaurants before, but this is the first time I've seen it actually looking like a plate of spaghetti with alot of sauce on it just like spaghetti sauce and a little bit of cheese. Other ones I've tried, had just enough sauce to coat the pasta green. Personal preference, but I have to say I enjoyed it this way. My date had the Tacu Tacu Lomo Saltado and he enjoyed it alot. The dinner tasted like a home cooked meal. I will be back. More...
Gosh I've been going to Micaela for at least a year. I'm not sure why I haven't written a review after all this time, but the place is a gem. Each and every time I've patronized Micaela I've always ordered the same thing. A Chicha Morada and Pollo saltado. It's not that the menu is uninventive or missing delicacies, it's actually loaded with eye catching Peruvian seafood, meats and deserts. So why the same thing? Because its so damn good, each and every time I even try to contemplate on ordering something else, I retort to ordering the same thing. The Chicha is imbued with a bedeviling dark sweet hue that's always served lightly sweet with a perfect chill. A model of consistency the Pollo saltado is always loaded with delicious sauteed tomato's & onions and juicy chunks of chicken. I absolutely love lathering the Peruvian pepper sauce on the chicken.I really don't come here enough and I seriously need to try some of their other dishes. The service is always great, the interior clean and they have flat screen TV's all over the restaurant playing Hispanic music videos.++perfect lunch spot++lots of parking, its located in a small strip plaza.++they take CC's. Food is excellent and so is the service. Had the Tacu Tacu Lomo Saltado, Tacu tacu con camarones, Arroz Chaufa de carne, and Arroz Chaufa de pollo portions are nice and fresh ...well worth the money..Very nice family run restaurant. A must if you like Peruvian food! More...
The food was delicious and the service was as well. I even had to make order to go because I still want it to eat t at home The Pollo a La Brasa was definitely something to try. Took my mom and my cousin that just arrived from Peru and they all agreed it was delicious. A must try! More...
This restaurant is in the middle of carajo land, honestly thought I was going to get shot as soon as I got out of my car, lol. But the food and the service were well worth it. The ceviche was an orgasm in my mouth!! Definitely am returning with more friends! More...
We order from Micaela's regularly and have recently tried another Peruvian spot in Davie and this place maintains its number one spot for us. The aji de gallina and chaufa are always fresh and the meat tender. They always nail the spiciness on the ceviche. Their portions are big enough to share and we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. Highly recommend this restaurant. Super friendly, excellent food and they offer delivery. Winner! More...

Wow absolutely delighted I have not had Peruvian food this good in a very long time. And they have such a great staff. They are so nice and friendly. You better believe that I will be becoming a regular here. More...
Really great food and prompt delivery! The lomo was delicious and the aji was on point.
This place has awsome food at a great price. I love the lunch specials which comes with a good sized soup and entrée which varies each day.
Well I love going around miami and trying out different foods and because of my father who is peruvian mostly peruvian. He being the soiled peruvian did not like the mall it was in and was sceptitle. Exactly what I was hung happened I ordered two crisal beers they have a nice selection of imports and dimestic, it came in two really cold mugs and properly chilled beers that made me happy ti go aling with the the Jalen mixta and it was cooked perfect and the seafood was fresh. While eating they had a song that was called micaela playing which was funny but nice. There are tvs everywhere and the place looks very nice and does not make you think what's so ever that you are in a old mall. The staff have been extremely kind and efficient and it's a Saturday. I ordered the tallarin Verde con busted and my dad the Lomo saltado. Not like grandmas but it was good. Can't complain about the food or the service nice place. The music videos on all the tvs were great and they have karaoke on Saturdays from 9pm to midnight. I'm so full enjoy of you goo I did and will be back. More...
Great place!!! Family owned and operated, the food is great, the service is awesome. Found it thought Google maps and I will definitely not be going to la Granja or any other Peruvian restaurant around the area.
lugar limpio, bien servido y buena atención
This place was amazing. The food is incredibly fresh and was clean with an open kitchen. By far the best Peruvian food I've ever had...this is the real deal "hole in the wall" and definitely a local favorite. Get the curry chicken! More...
Delicious food daytime, party time during the weekends nights!
Awesome pollo a la plancha. Try the amazing cilantro rice.
Delicious ceviche and lomo salteado! Family owned!
Great quality food. Sometimes runs slow when they are busy. Good lunch spot. Food is fresh and delicious. I come here all the time. They have a variety of sauces that you can request to eat with your anything. My favorite dishes are the Tiradito and the Jalea Mixta. Place is clean and they have lots of screens that play music videos and such. At night they turn into a Latin dance club sometimes. Very friendly service. More...
See my (incomplete) check-in, but I agree with the other positive reviews: wonderful Peruvian food in a friendly atmosphere. A super blend of spice, flavor, and fun. A fantastic small place you wouldn't expect. This is now on our list of good variety and fun. More...
Wonderful food and wonderful service in a neighborhood strip mall that felt a little dicey. Would go again and really enjoyed my meal. However, i would not go alone (I am 63 female) at night. We had a latish dinner 7:30 and by the time we left the walls were shaking (literally) from the music next door. Everything we ate was wonderful. Enjoy More...
The best Peruvian food in Broward, no additives, no preservatives, all fresh Peruvian food, friendly staff, nice service, just enjoy the best Parihuela and Jalea Mixta, delicious! the prices are affordable. Next time Tacu Tacu, I'll be back to Micaela More...
Another GREAT find! You'd probably drive right by this restaurant being that it's not in the best of areas. It's a pretty run down shopping plaza with plenty of free parking spaces. I was very surprised with the inside of the restaurant, because the exterior paints a different picture. Very roomy and plenty of TV's for your entertainment (7 to be exact). I was greeted immediately and was pleased with the service. For lunch I decided to try the Lomo Saltado which is a great way to measure the quality and skill of a restaurant. Not bad, not bad at all! Everything was very flavorful and delicious, the fries were nice and crispy. The measure of this dish is in the tenderness of the meat. Obviously using a higher quality grade beef will yield a softer more tender cut of meat which they could probably do, but I was very satisfied with my lunch. I was a bit disappointed they were out of Suspiro Limeño which is a typical Peruvian dessert resembling dulce de leche, very delicious. That just means I'll have to come back. The menu is pretty big and the prices were reasonable, give it a try. More...

Muy buena comida muy buena atención todo esta perfecto me encanta ese lugar la comida esta deliciosa y se pasa un buen rato
This place is good mainly for lunch, the area where is located is not the nicest area, but the quality of food they prepare makes it worth the visit. It's your classic Pop and mom joint, but peruvian style. The Carapulcra ( dry peruvian potato in a peanut sauce and pork) is delicious, not many places have this delicious plate, so if you want to try it you must come here. I also highly recommend the Tacu Tacu con lomo saltado, they use high quality meat for the plates (I think is filet mignon), what makes this lomo special is the combination with the tacu tacu, very flavorful you won't be disappointed, the customer service is class A, very nice people, I gave 4 stars because of the location and lack of good desserts. More...
Good place to eat with reasonable prices. it's clean, well lit and the food is authentic. I had the lomo saltado which was good but not the typical flavor. I would have preferred real fries with it rather than freezer to fryer crinkle cut fries but not a deal breaker. The papa a la hunacaina was one of the better ones I've had. Overall good place that I will be returning to. More...
My coworkers and I have order from Micaela's several times and we have never been disappointed. For one, they deliver which is always a big plus. I have had a few of their typical Peruvian dishes and as a Peruvian I can confirm that they are LEGIT. Everything has been fresh, phenomenal and super affordable. Their lunch specials are great and come with a lot of food. Their fish is always cooked perfect, not too fishy, the papas a la huancaina sauce is on point as well as everything else I've tried (lomo saltado, tamale de pollo, aji de gallina) even their side salad is amazing (sliced avocado what what!). I am continuously impressed with this place! More...
I usually don't write reviews for any restaurant but this Peruvian restaurant in Davie is very good. The prices are cheap and the service is fast. I recommend everyone to go there to try their delicious Jalea de Pescado, ceviche, lomo saltado, and of course their pollo ala brasa its the best I have ever tried. The place is extremely clean and what I love the most its the open kitchen option which you could see exactly what you eat. I give this restaurant a 5 out of 5. More...
La comida es riquisima, el lugar muy agradable y la atencion es excelente!

Great food at a great price! Hands down best Peruvian place in the area. The lomo, tallarin saltado, and the tallarin verde(the pesto sauce is so creamy) are all amazing! Can't wait to try other dishes here! Love the spicy green sauce. More...
The food is absolutely delicious, prepared fresh and in an efficient manner. Whenever I've been there, it's not busy. This hole-in-the-wall is an undiscovered gem whose Peruvian dishes make you come back for more. I've gotten the salchipapas (hotdogs and french fries) as an appetizer which comes with 5 special secret sauces for dipping. I've also gotten the Tiradito (basically a fish ceviche served with a creamy, spicy sauce) in which the acidity of the meat was balanced out with a sweet potato and maiz. I just recently discovered it and will definitely go back for more (already have!). More...
The food here is really really good. I go there about once a week and have never had a bad experience. The Lomo/Pollo Saltado are both amazing and always cooked perfectly. It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but don't let that fool you, this place is legit. More...
A mom-and-pop-and-the-whole-family cafe! Not fancy, but neat and clean, and the food is well-prepared and delicious. I would recommend the Seco de Res, the Tallarin Verde with chicken, and the grilled fish. We didn't try the ceviche.
Quality food! I pass by this little plaza all the time and never thought a restaurant with such yummy food would be located in there. My boyfriend is Peruvian so we're always trying to find yummy Peruvian places to go and this is definitely a top for us.For beverage, we had chicha morada and it's not the disgusting bottled kind! For appetizer, we has causa con camarones. For the main dishes, we had aji de gallina and carapulcra. And for dessert, well, I can't remember what it was called, but it was kind of purple...? Something with guava...? I don't know, but my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed it.And the carapulcra? Pretty positive this is the ONLY Peruvian restaurant that offers carapulcra. I have spent a fair amount of time searching for places that offer it. We just happened to decide to come here for dinner and we look at the menu and BAM! CARAPULCRA! My boyfriend was very happy. So yes! Food was awesome and delicious and prices are great. Service was also fast. Very nice owners/employees also. I had also ordered lomo saltado and tallarin verde con bistec and both were equally yummy!! Definitely will return here. More...
I came to this restaurant by myself but never felt lonely! There is a nice homely feel to it and I ate while I listened to great Spanish music. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. I don't have much experience with Peruvian food but the food was quite tasty. On top of that I received a Peruvian cookie that smells delicious! I can't wait to get home and snack on it later :). Overall I'm glad I came here and it will be coming again. More...
