I'm not even sure this company deserves any stars. For starters, the local representative who signed us up had no idea about the company and told us that we'd only be charged . 5%. However, proceedpay goes through pivitol payments, which then goes through authorize.net and BankCard. It would take up to 7 days to receive payments, which is unacceptable with a small business. Not only that, but we ran a client's payment for $90 and only received $13...meaning ProceedPay took $77. To further express the disappointment, we cannot get ahold of ProceedPay for the life of us! IS THIS EVEN A REAL COMPANY!? Just eating people's money. More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
There was never a doubt in my mind that I wanted to become successful in life and be my own boss. I had the opportunity to find the right business where I can help other successful business owners with payment options. My goal is to help their bottom line and make sure they keep as much of there cash flow.
Why should our clients choose you?
I hate to sound cliche but we really do offer the best rates and service out there. The most important issue that I see in my industry is that clients want someone they can call and speak to a real person. Big or small if they need paper rolls will ship it out for free or if its a billing question to needing new equipment, we're there to help.
