What do you love most about your job?
It's my dream career. I knew I wanted to own a talent agency at 5 years old. I would sit almost every day studying comp cards and watching models come through for test shoots at my childhood agency. The favorite part of my job is making dreams come true, calling to say "You booked!", watching audition tapes and sending talent their checks.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love helping hard-working talent succeed. As a former talent myself, I know what talent need, what they expect and how to handle high-stress negotiations with talent vs clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I know my talent better than any other agency. My talent are like my kids.
