HI, I am the owner of "MemphisClean"...there are fake reviews popping post by someone calling themselves Justin and another by "Tells The Truth". This person has never used our services but ironically gave a 5 Star rating to a competitor and a one star to us. That's why they remain anonymous. Anyone who knows us and me, truly knows that we are very ethical and do NOT up sell our air duct services. They are quoted by the number of vents and units. I personally take EVERY customer call. Todd and his crew did a great job cleaning our hardwood floors. My husband and I thought our floors were ruined after a construction company we hired put a wax product on our floor as their way of clean-up. The floors were hazy, felt horrible, and had drywall dust trapped under the wax. We hired Memphis Clean after they test cleaned an area of the floor for us. Todd gave us an amazing deal and didn't require we pay until we were completely satisfied with the job.
