When they say shop local, Melrays stands out above the rest. From the time you enter the store until final delivery, you are treated to outstanding customer service. Whenever you call, the phone is always answered by a person most likely Heather. If a question cannot be answered, they call you back within 5-10 minutes. Shopped there twice in the last year. Once everything was done over the phone, I didn't have to step foot in the store. Recently we went in person to pick out a new bedroom set.
