I love the staff at this location! I've been going for years and always feel very comfortable in the office. When my daughter started having some issues that we couldn't resolve through at home, we brought her and she only had a few sessions before there was a huge difference in her behavior. I will always recommend them even though for me its a half hour drive one way and I have other places closer! They just simply are the best fit for me and my family! More...

I went to mcarthur years ago only once tho. At that time i had no disappointments. But i dexided to read these reviews and wow. Not juat the bad comments either im mot paying much attention to them but the replies. Theyre a bit harsh. Remember you win some and you loose some. Im still debating on going here who knows it could be wonderful. I used to go to the counsellors at the bowen center but they wouldnt really listen. More...

Please dont listen to ANY of these negative reviews. I looked at those before I went, so I was very skeptical about this place. When I arrived a little early so I could do all my paper work, EVERYONE was extremely nice and helpful. Then when I met with the counselor she was very nice and listened and was not judging in any way at all. I felt really comfortable there and will continue to go and recommend this place to anyone who asks. I know mental issues are frustrating, but you can't expect to walk in to a place and be cured in one day. It takes time and effort and patients, not only for the place you're going for help, but you have to meet them half way. Its a shame some people have to bash such a wonderful place because of their own frustration. McArthur Center you were extremely helpful today and I look forward to continuing my treatment with your business for as long as it takes to get this solved. Please look past the negative reviews. I would highly recommend McArthur Counseling Center to anyone that needs help. I brought my son in for help with some school issues. ..office was so helpful. Front office staff was very friendly and kind. The office was celebrating an anniversary, cookies and candy made the office warm and inviting. Our therapist was experienced in my son's issues and made several wonderful recommendations. More...
