All in all it a healthier choice for me combined with the convenience of fast food.
Great spot for gyros and a fast casual meal. I have come to this restaurant several times and have not been disappointed with the falafel wrap with roasted vegetables. I have heard mixed reviews on the meat gyros as sometimes the outside of the meat is cut and tough. More...
Very friendly environment and delicious kebab wrap. It was our first time and we liked it a lot.
Great home-style food! Had the chicken kabob- flavorful and perfectly cooked. Lentils, beets, cucumber salad for sides. Each was better than the next. Just wish they were close to mug home! More...
Delicious! Taste of a true restaurant. Great pita bread fresh and tender. Yummmmmmmmmmmm

Clean healthy and pretty food. Yummy.
I'm out with my daughter and grand children and decided to check this place out. I'm so glad we did - This place is amazing! I've driven by so many times - I don't know why it took me so long to stop. I will definitely be coming back. I continue to have a positive experience at Maza, so decided to use them to cater a party for me. Best decision I made! I got the complete feast for 12 people. The food was amazing and my party was a success! Everyone raved about how delicious everything was. I highly recommend them for parties! More...
Such fresh healthy selections and the friendliest people!

Selections and portions are great. Food always tasty and fresh. Staff are pleasant and quick. Always a delight to dine here.
One of my favorites for sure.. lots of healthy options. The food is just great.. I always have such a hard time choosing sides. Pickled beets, turnip, hummus, tabouli.. exc.. the reason I didn't give it 5 was some of the staff are young & unprofessional. I feel like they snicker and judge the customers. I ordered a few extra sides once (all veggies good for you stuff) & the two young boys were sly smiling like I was ordering 10 cupcakes for myself. Pretty uncomfortable.. I'd probably go there way more than I do if the reception was better, because other then that the place is my favorite hands down More...
They redeemed themselves since last visit. Down side, pita was stale but the pita chip croutons were insanely good lolol. The Jerusalem salad is always deliciousness the amount of chicken shawarma was like a half breast.
Great food ..............
Lunch: I ordered Plate No. 1 which is Chicken Shawarma (Halal) from the Menu Board which is very visible to look at. Then i choose 3 sides. So i chose roasted veggies, white rice & tabouleh. It comes with 2 kind of white sauce on the side & pita bread. Its my first time to check in at this place so i don't know what to expect. And as i start to eat, i can't help but saying to myself, wow its so delicious, chicken was tender and i dipped it at the white sauce and makes it better. Veggies were so tasty & tabouleh was so fresh. So good, that i have to come back for supper. Everything taste the same except for the Chicken, which is not tender anymore, maybe because the good parts were gone earlier. Overall i enjoyed the Mediterranean taste experience and would come back again for lunch. Its like a Chipotle styled food grill except it's halal foods. More...
Excellent food. All the middle eastern staples. Casual, friendly vibe. Service is pleasant if a bit slow. We did get a metal piece in our toubelleh. They switched out the plate.Food and sides are plentiful and flavorful. I'll be back. More...

Perfect lunch, and much more healthy than other quick lunch options.
We found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I had the Falafel Plate and my Wife had the Falafel Wrap. This is not a fancy restaurant and a place that we would never have given a second look had it not been for the reviews here. The food and service was very good. My only negative comment is that some of the falafels were somewhat overdone and hard. We will return and I'll probably try the Shawarma. More...
We got three gyros and a Kibbe plate. The gyros were great, probably among the best in the area (the place in East Nashua is good but hard to get to for me). The Kibbe was a bit dry. I'll try a few other dishes on the menu and report back. There have been a number of restaurants at this location over the years and the tough part is that it's a bit hard to get in from the main road. Hopefully they stick around as Nashua needs good Mediterranean food. More...
Love the food! The falafel is the best I've *ever* had. It's very fresh, and they have so much variety. I eat there several times a month, and the quality is always on par.
This is our favorite casual dining spot. Flavors are spot on. Food is fresh and made to order. Great sides to choose from. I always get the gyro wrap because it's done to perfection. I've tried all the sides at one point or another and they are all so good it's hard to choose just one! More...
This place is amazing! Everything was completely fresh. Bread is made to order. Meat cut off the spit. Squeaky clean. I'll be back!
Wow .. just Wow if you like fresh tasty food you need to try this place. Huge side portions to go along with your protein. Everything seems like it was just made and they always have a stack of to-go containers because you will likely be taking some home. a bit different layout where it's set like a buffet bar where you take your food to the table but once you get the lay of the land it works. We were on a journey from Providence, Rhode Island, to the beautiful lakes area in New Hampshire. We stopped at Maza, basically because of the Yelp reviews. We are a family of five - two adults, three young girls. Some of us had the falafel wraps. Some of us had the vegetarian platters where you could choose five dishes. Favorites include: the baba ganoush, the beets in pomegranate syrup, the tomato/cucumber salad, the pickled cucumbers, the chick peas, the strained eggplant in a slightly zesty sauce.Luckily I have left overs to eat in my hotel room at 11 pm with everyone sleeping. Nashua - Providence is spoilt with great restaurants, but unfortunately we've nothing compared to Maza when it comes to Mediterranean, Palistinian/Lebanese cuisine! More...
Placed a large catering order for a 40 person birthday party recently and was so happy with the service and food here. Moe was great to work with and informed me of how we could mix and match entrees and sides to have even more options than stated on the menu. The food was so delicious, and all the guests were raving! This included lots of Mediterranean food fans, myself included! Delivery was prompt and included everything we needed. Plenty of leftovers, including hummus for days but I'm not complaining! Thanks to the great staff for making our party successful! More...
This is a good place for a light meal or snack. In my opinion its a bit expensive for the quanity but still very tasty and clean.
In the area shopping and it was lunch time! Decided to go Mediterranean based on the options on a Sunday afternoon.Looked at their menu on line and decided to give this place a try based on the reviews. I have passed by in the past and thought it was a sit down/server kinda place only to be surprised that it was almost like a Chipotle by Mediterranean offerings. My friend decided to get the Chicken Shawarma which included three sides and she chose lentils, tabouli and grape leaves. I decided on the lamb kafta plate also includes three sides and I chose a grape leaves, hummus and the fresh roasted vegetables. Both come with either white or wheat pita that they make in-house and is warmed before it's served. The server informed me a fresh batch of kafta was being made so it would take another 5 minutes or so...was totally fine with me. My friend was served hers first so we started sharing that and it took maybe 10 minutes before a server brought me tray over. The portions in both plates were huge! The shawarma was sliced and a bit over cooked for me. I've had more tender/better but my friend tended to be ok with it. Ample lentils that didn't have a distinct flavor. The chicken was served over the lentils. Tabbouli was fresh and good, grape leaves were ok...the filling seemed mashed vs granular rice which is what I'm accustomed to having. The kafta was good, a bit on the chewy vs melt in your mouth tenderness but the flavor/spices were good. My friend it like the hummus and said there was an aftertaste to it for her but I thought it was fine. Good in-house pita bread. They also had a Mediterranean chili which they allowed us to try and we would've definitely gotten that as well but we were afraid that we had too much food ...which we definitely did.Friendly service, good food, great value, clean restaurant. Overall, a very satisfying stop for about $12 each. We left very full and would return to try other options. More...
The food is fresh and delicious! Customer service was very good as well. Highly recommend for a healthier option to fast food.
This place is a strip mall gem. Food was so much better than I expected, cheap & fresh. Staff was fast and friendly. I had a shawarma wrap and my boyfriend had a falafel wrap (with roasted veggies on the side). We also shared the Jerusalem salad. Everything was super tasty and the salad was perfectly dressed. We ate a ton but didn't feel too guilty cuz everything was so fresh and yummy! More...
Chick shawarma plate. Lentls. Egg plant and veggies.11$. Very clean place and food. All good. Chill place.
Yes! A quick place that you can grab a delicious falafel wrap! I also ate my son's Mac & cheese & it was so good! I'm going to see if I can get that for my side instead of hummus next time. If you get the hummus as the side, make sure to get an extra pita or you won't have anything to eat it with. More...
We had lunch here yesterday for 1st time, so yummy and fresh, can't wait to go back
Very good food! Great variety, nice and fresh, friendly people and good price. Will definitely come again!
Stopped here on a whim and are we glad we did! Great menu and the best gyros sandwich I’ve had in over 30 years. I’ve been waiting to find a replacement for the Great Gyros at UTC in San Diego and I finally have!
Had to make up for the failure of Friday night. How did I miss this amazing place?! It's like Panda Express, but with Mediterranean food. I went with the Chicken Shawarma. I love how the chicken was grilled so perfectly, There was such a delightful crisp on each bite. It came with a bread of some sort and I have idea how to use it, so I bit a whole into. Then I just dumped all the chicken and sauce into it and just munched away. If you know how it's properly done, let me know lol. More...
AMAZING food and service. Highly recommend if you are in Nashua and looking for Mediterranean food. The restaurant is pretty casual but has a nice interior and ambience. You order your food in a Chipotle style fashion... you pick a main (gyro/falafel/etc) and then you can choose from an option of sides and toppings. I ordered the falafel plate which comes with five big falafel, a freshly baked pita and three sides. I asked for baba ganoush, beet salad, and grape leaves. The falafels themselves were great. They were fried fresh when I ordered. The interior was moist and it was very flavorful. I really liked the sides. I could taste the Tahini in the baba ganoush which was really nice. The beet salad was cool and refreshing. The grape leaves were average though, not as moist as I would have liked.Service was fast, staff was friendly, food was amazing, price was very reasonable. Overall 10/10! More...

Mediterranean Chiptole style, Maza is the real deal.Fresh, quality ingredients makes anything on the menu a no-miss option. The meat and vegetarian offerings will please any patron in search of a quick, authentic kabob, wrap, salad, or other Mediterranean favorite. The wraps are all prepared on fresh made Pita waiting to be stuffed with your favorite ingredients. The hidden gem? The falafel. Fried fresh, crispy, and well seasoned - they will satisfy in any format (wrap, on on their own). The fresh tabouli is also authentic, acidic and ready to top any dish.Maza - keep on doing you, fam! We decided to try it here, because we were craving some pita bread and lamb. They have meal combos (choice of protein, and refreshing sides such as chickpea salad, cucumber salad etc). Each combo comes with pita bread, but we ordered extra because it's one of our favorites. It is always warm and fresh. More...
Delicious! Already picked out my next meal!
Came here for a Greek salad once and was instantly hooked, I find myself craving it at least once or twice a week (and honestly, who ever CRAVES a salad? It's THAT good)! I get the Greek salad with a chicken kebab and it's so amazingly fresh and huge with amazing flavor. The hummus is also to die for, and my boyfriend is a big fan of the beef and lamb gyro plate! The grape leaves are awesome too! We'll be coming here for many years to come! More...

Legit, authentic, delicious and fresh. A little pricey though. The gyro is out of this world.
The best place in Nashua! Fresh veggies, meats, and more!! All food made with the perspective of the customer! I eat here almost 3 times a week or more.

We went to Maza after bookmarking it for a long time. Normally we are never in that area but fortunately we were going to Nashua for meeting someone who was right across from Maza. Decided to get some dinner before meeting with my buddy.Maza is typical order yourself food cafeteria style. Salads , wraps and dinner plates are your most typical choices. you can get a dinner plate with 3 sides ( even rice is considered a side here whereas rice normally is default and then sides are added) so i got the Chicken Schwarma plate with Bulgar and lentils , khus khus salad and Red pepper hummus. Also got a side of Lamb kofte kebab which was like $4 extra. Wifey got a falafel plate with fatuous salad , pickled turnips and tabbouleh.Overall food taste was pretty good nothing extra ordinary but good and fresh. Except for Chicken Schwarma which was dry, too much of cinnamon and nutmeg and no other taste. Lamb kofte kebab was good. Their house made hot sauce was also really good. Falafels were good as well, fried perfectly where crunchy outside and soft inside without being too dry as falafel tends to be at some places. Khus Khus salad was a little bland could taste the dressing in it but very little. Red pepper hummus was also good. Overall a great place to go to but Chicken Schwarma needs improvement for sure . The food prices are pretty decent for the value and quantity. Hopefully next time i will try the chicken kebab which were being grilled to order. More...
I'm a big fan of this place. The wife and I can have a great dinner for around $20.
Alway excellent service, consistent food taste,Clean, and great food. Will be back again for sure. Love the pita bread freshly made daily.

Love this place. Always very fresh and delicious! We were in for lunch yesterday. So many good sides to choose from -- the eggplant and the tabbouleh are a couple of favorites (if you get a plate, you can choose three sides I believe -- one if you get a wrap). The schawarma plates and wraps are both fantastic. More...

I eat there once a week. The price is right and the food is healthy. The workers are nice and quick. I recommend the lamb and beef gyro plate.
I love this place and frequent it at least once a week. Everything is made from scratch, even the bread which makes me feel great - so healthy as food is used quickly with no preservatives. And they do not heavily salt their food. More...
We have been here twice and love the environment, ambience, and the care and skill of the staff.
Great Mediterranean food. They bake their bread fresh every day. Kabobs and all three sides were delicious. Highly recommend.
Tried this restaurant for the first time on Friday and the food was fabulous! We will be back for sure. So happy to have this in Nashua!
Ordered some pick-up on my way to work, while looking through yelp I saw that I could on-line order through yelp. AWESOME! And I could schedule when I could pick it up! I come from Peabody, and I pick up food and eat right before work so I can stave off hunger as long as possible for my 12-hour shift.First off, the restaurant is clean and sleek, very modern and simple interior. The staff had my order ready to go.I ordered the gyro with a salad and stuffed grape leaves. The gyro had lamb and beef souvlaki. I also like being able to pick what I want for the sandwich. The souvlaki was excellent and tender, the pita bread fresh, and well complimented with what I picked for fillings. The stuffed grape leaves were quite delicious and delicate. The salad, I was most impressed. The veggies were fresh and of great quality. I hate cucumber, and the cucumbers were tolerable in this (hey I said I hate cucumber, the fact that I ate them says something) and the dressing was a fantastic Greek dressing. If you're sick of all the generic fast food and Italian/sub restaurants, this is a wonder change of pace and I plan on stopping in here again. Finally, a healthy alternative to all the fast food and chain restaurants located on Daniel Webster Highway. All the items are fresh and or are cooked in front of you. I had the Chicken Kabob dish with two sides of stuffed grape leaves, and a Tabouleh salad. The chicken itself was charbroiled to the right temperature. You could taste the grill on the meat it was juicy and not too greasy. My two side dishes were fresh but slightly bland but I could still taste all the seasoning in each. Because the entrees are very high quality and prices are so inclusive, a penny pinching student or a person falling on hard times can also come here once in a while. Another unique factor is people on a diet do not have to feel like they are cheating when they eat here. I also forgot to mention that the owners and staff most likely a family are beyond warm and hospitable. Great place to come after a hard day of work, softball tournament, ski trip, and a spending spree. More...

I love their chicken Shwarma, its so delicious and yummy. If you need a quick bite and craving Mediterranean food, this is the place to be. I find it much better than other gyro places nearby. As a vegetarian, I love restaurants that offer meat-free choices without a lot of fanfare and Maza does exactly that. The falafel is just incredible. The baba ganoush is smokey and delicious. The pita bread is fresh and served warm from the oven. The hummus and other sides are solid and the portions are more than big enough to satisfy. I do wish they offered some hot beverages, like tea but that's not a complaint, just a longing. Maza makes this girl happy. More...
Falafel was without a doubt the best I've had. Loved the tabbouleh and chickpea salad too. Super bright and fresh.
Being newly vegan I've been looking for new options in dining. I hadn't been to maza previously even though I've been aware of it since opening. The food was so so good! I got the falafel plate which came with 6 very big very delicious pieces. You get 3 sides and pita bread (white or whole wheat) with the meal as well. I had the tomato cucumber salad, lentils, and stuffed grape leaves (stuffed with rice). I loved each one!! There were more vegan sides as well although I can't think of them at the moment. There are also meat options such as chicken shawarma. The food was extremely reasonably priced and the portion was large. I had half for dinner and half for lunch the next day and was completely satisfied. Will definitely be frequenting this place. More...
Love, love, love this place! The owner was serving up the food behind the counter when I came in for the first time and he was really nice. He is from Lebanon and his food is excellent. Came here to check out if the reviews did it justice and I was for sure satisfied. The food is awesome. The chicken Schwarma plate. It was delicious. The sauces were great. The pita was awesome. The salads were my favorite. I got the cucumber and tabuli salad. I would definitely go back again. The only think I want to mention is that only one of the staff were very rude and I didn't appreciate it. Everyone else was so great. With all that being said. This place is awesome. More...
I got the chicken shawarma wrap and it was very delicious. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu
Have eaten here a couple of times and both my orders were excellent.I have tried the Chicken Shawarma plate and Falafel plate. Each plate was more than filling for me. The falafel here was the best falafel I ever had. It's crispy on the outer and not grainy with the inner filling. They have option of picking up to three sides for every lunch plate. I have two varieties of hummus and both of them were good. The roasted vegetables were fresh too. Chick pea salad was the best of all. I was not happy with the amount of chicken in the shawarma plate but it was nicely cooked and tasted good. They also sell beverages like Lassi. I have tried their bottled Mango Lassi which was apparently made by an Indian company. It was too viscous and had some mango chunks. I would skip the Lassi next time.PS: I don't know why they have Mac and cheese !!! More...
The beef & lamb gyro meat is the best we have found here in New England! Cut fresh for each meal. The sides were fresh and delicious! Yes, yes, yes.I want to begin by saying that I was raised on this food so I am picky. This was by no means even close to my family's cooking, but it is the best I've had in a restaurant in the United States.Maza is located in a strip mall off of Daniel Webster Highway and it is very easy to miss; even with the GPS we had a hard time finding it. When we finally parking and walked inside, we were greeted by two very friendly employees who explained the menu to me.I ordered a falafel plate with lentils, stuffed grape leaves (vegetarian), and Greek salad. You also get a choice of white or whole wheat pita that they make in-house. SO GOOD. The portions here are absolutely insane and I was only able to eat half of this before I felt like I was going to explode.Falafel- I got six giant falafel and they were, again, the best I've had from a restaurant in the United States. Firstly, they were fried fresh for me as I waited and even when I got back and set up my takeout to eat, they were still piping hot. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and seasoned and moist on the inside. Delicious. I wished my stomach was bigger so I could have eaten all of them.Lentil- SO good. Anytime I have ever gotten lentil out, they were served as a mushy mess with a consistency similar to baby food. These were perfectly cooked- soft, but still solid enough to feel like a solid and seasoned to perfection.Greek Salad- Light and refreshing! All of the ingredients tasted fresh and especially good after the heavy falafel and lentils.Stuffed Grape Leaves- These were my least favorite of the order. Were they the worst I've ever had? No, but after such greatness, I was expecting better. These were kind of bland and lacked the complex flavors that everything else had. The prices are cheap, the employees are so nice, and the food is delicious. Nashua is lucky to have such a great, authentic Mediterranean spot. They would make a killing in Boston! More...

Oh my gosh! Their gyros are so good!!!!!! They take the meat fresh off the rotisserie and the pita is fresh! Be sure to come try if you're in the Nashua area!!!
Five stars for effort. I had lamb kabobs that was succulent , hummus was fresh, chicken kabobs were tender. They take a lot of effort to keep food very fresh. The flavors are authentic and one does not need hot sauce to add flavor. I will surely come back. More...
Great Mediterranean food. Delicious gyro, falafel, and very fresh tabbouleh and other salads and sides. So glad we found it!
The Food was excellent, delish and fresh, and prices are very reasonable. However, I was disappointed in the way the Male Owner was treating His Female employee. He was rudely telling Her what to do, with what seemed to be a lack of respect, and that bothered me. Other than that, I give theFood Five Stars. More...

Amazing food, for an affordable price. Ordered the beef gyro wrap. Which was huge! I would have posted a picture if I didn't scarf it down after the first bite. Literally life changing.
So much good food.Maza puts a Mediterranean spin on the taqueria go-down-the-line-and-build-your-meal model. It works way better than you have any right to expect. Everything is fresh and tasty, and my god do they fill your plate. One plate is more than enough for two people (and I say this as a devoted worshiper of significant portions).Everything, like I said, is terrific, but special mention must be made of the falafel. Now, falafel is one of those things that can still be good even when it's not great, but here, it's seriously exceptional. The only thing I'd change is the location, ideally to my street, but it's worth fighting the occasional South Nashua DWH snarl. This is a GREAT place. More...

I am so very impressed with this place. I am very happy to support this local independently owned business.
So happy to have found this great eatery! Tried their lentil soup, falafel wrap, grape leaves, and hummus. All healthy, beautiful, and yummy! Highly recommend!
The food is fantastic.I got the lamb and beef gyro, and it was great. The downside is the level of confusion there seemed to be behind the counter. The woman who took the order was not leading the Friendly Parade that day. I think it would be helpful for the person who is taking the order to communicate with the customer more instead of staring at them and acting annoyed when asked a question. For me it was my first time here, so I would have liked minimal explanations. For reference, the difference between a plate and wrap is the plate has three side dishes and the wrap has one.As far as what the sides are, I think there are five hot and nine cold. The gentlemen further down the line was kind enough to point what the sides options were. The rest of the staff was fine, but it seemed quite chaotic. People were coming and going, looking around confused. After my plate was completed, they asked, "oh do you want white or wheat? " and then ran to the beginning of the assembly line to get it.I think they were out of trays, they brought some from the back. The guy handed me the tray over the "sneeze guard" and the bottom of the tray was dripping wet. That was off putting, but oh well. I did wonder if it dripped in the containers of food when it was lifted over it to be handed to me... sorry people in line behind me :)Again the food was fantastic. So, I will focus on that and return for that reason:)I am upping my rating. There hasn't been any more issues since returning. More...
I'm from Israel and I live 5 years out of the country. It was surprising to find in middle of nowhere such a good fast fresh place like that. Thank you!
LOVE this place! The staff was very friendly and patient and helped us make our selections. We both had the Falafel plate (crispy golden-brown croquettes made with ground chickpeas, herbs and Mediterranean spices) and loved it. There were numerous choices for the (3) included sides; all looked fresh and delicious. We had the beets, couscous, tabbouleh and tomato salad. Even the pita bread (wheat and white) was fresh and yummy. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back. More...
This is one of my favorite restaurant in Nashua. I love the food here. My favorite is their chicken kabob. The chicken is tasty, moist on the inside, while slightly charred on the outside. Yummm!!! I always save the leftover because it is a sin to throw away such good food. The freshly made pitas (wheat) are so good when you wrap it with your chicken and whatever other side items that you like...The place is spacious and clean, good lighting, and the food is tasty. Oh, And the prices are very reasonable (around $10) In addition, the people who work there (can't tell if it is a family business) are AWESOME!!!! Lastly, Maza has the BEST Baklava. The baklava are KRUNCHY, nutty, sweet and Oh so irresistible! Love this place!!!! More...
We found the staff to be friendly, the dining areas and food stations to be clean. The wait for the food was not long and it was very good. Fantastic locally owned business. Super yummy!!! Falafel plate was on point and pleeeenty of food. Great flavor, crispy non greasy exterior with a perfectly warm and soft center. GO EAT AT MAZA! Wonderful homemade Middle Eastern food. Chef / owner is present and charming. All the food is made in house. The style of the place is similar to a taqueria, order the main course as wrap or plate. Plate comes with three delicious side. We ordered multiple variations, trying almost all the sides: lentils and rice was aromatic and spicy, stews eggplant and tomatoes was tender and delicious, lamb kofta was FABULOUS served with a yogurt herb sauce...so much more and choice of white or whole wheat pitas. Hummus and baba ganoush were both awesome. This is an awesome restaurant. Excellent food. Excellent value. Excellent service. EAT AT MAZAS! More...
This is one of the very best Mediterranean restaurants, very healthy and food amazing, an absolute must try. I drive 99+ mile For this
My wife and I decided to try Maza for lunch, she had heard good things from her friends. Upon entering the restaurant, I was surprised that it is a "fast food" restaurant, I thought it was a sit down type place. It was very clean and a very warm earthy ambient. It was not very busy and the chef/owner gave us the load down on the menu and showed us all the sides we could have along with the meats, very nice of him. We ordered the beef and lamb gyro wrap with eggplant; chicken shawarma wrap with grape leaves; AND to try the other sides, we got the Maza sampler: baba ganoush, regular hummus, roasted red pepper hummus, falafel, tabouli, pickles, and two pieces of pita that were freshly baked. We live everything but the chicken shawarma was a little dry. We will come back and try other delicious items. More...
Great healthy food. Shawarma dinner with eggplant side was exceptional.
Love. Finally tried it out for lunch today. Not a lot of Mediterranean options in this area so I was excited about it. Got a chicken shawarma wrap with onion and pickles, never would have thought to make it the way they did, but it was great! Also got sides of hummus and babaganoush. The baba was a little wetter than I usually like, but it was all awesome. This was better than any other quick-service place I've tried around here. Added bonus, I ordered online, so my food was waiting for me. It's not like they're not already quick-service, but it's nice being able to make all of my decisions at home. A happy customer here. I am a connoisseur of all foods Mediterranean. It is not uncommon for me and my family to drive 60 miles from our base in NH to Boston, or Cambridge, or Watertown in MA to enjoy good Lebanese, Greek, or even Persian food, which I can cook at home. Luckily now the two+ hour round trip is gone away thanks to Maza. I have tasted pretty much every item, and they are delightful, delicious, and best of all made up of wholesome ingredients, from the cherry tomatoes in the cucumber salad to fresh-cut parsley in the tabouli. And let's not forget the daily baked fresh pita that comes in both white and whole wheat. All at prices so reasonable that should put the junk fast food chains to shame for yet another reason.Go Maza! More...
I love this place! I keep going back as do others I've taken or recommended it to. The food is fresh, the pita bread is fresh-baked awesomeness, the servings are large enough that I often take home half for lunch the next day, and it's just good food for a great price. There are lots of side choices when creating a plate so each time you come you can mix it up a little. The restaurant is new so it's still clean with fresh decor. The noise reverberates a bit when it's crowded, but it's less than some other places. More...
Clean, quick, cheery spot to grab a healthy lunch or dinner for less than $10. The falafel, kofta, and stuffed kibbeh were all delicious and the sides, as people have said, were very generous and tasted fresh, even though I've only visited very near the end of the day prior to their closing. It is very much a needed addition to the area, especially if you're vegetarian or trying to eat a little healthier; all of the sides that they had available when I have gone (minus the mac and cheese) were vegetarian. Pita was good, maybe a little dry but definitely freshly made that day considering I've only eaten there at closing time. It's probably a good idea that I don't live closer or I'd be eating here all the time and going broke. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests for customizing our food a bit and they said goodbye as we left. Always a nice touch. More...

First timer for my friend and I . Would def go back. They explained what the sides were since on some I had no clue.
Hidden gem seemingly hidden in plain sight right on Daniel-Webster. Had not noticed this place before doing a Yelp search. I like the counter service. The food is clearly fresh and tasty. Had a Falafel wrap that was excellent. Took out a salad that was also great. They are willing to customize the food which was appreciated. Price is very reasonable for the quality of what you get. We'll definitely be back. More...

The food was delicious and very fresh. I could eat the chicken kebab and couscous salad every day!
Amazing food and very clean atmosphere!! I loved the lamb and Mac n cheese!! You could tell the owner takes pride and ensures everyone is taken care of and happy!! We loved our experience!! Great spot for Mediterranean cuisine !! We will be back for sure!! More...
I got the Maza sampler for lunch. So delicious and plenty for a couple of meals!
First time ever eating Mediterranean food and it wasn't bad. I read the reviews before I chose this place and it was pretty good. This is the chicken kabob with beats and an egg plant side dish. Overall it was pretty good and I'd recommend for a healthy meal. More...
So good! Great salads and tried falafel for the first time here, it's amazing!
Was looking for a quick bit to eat for dinner with the kids. We loved the fresh ingredients and selection. Staff and owner were very friendly too. Hope others give it a try and succeeds. We'll be back. More...
This is easily one of the places in the Nashua area for Mediterranean food. The chicken kabobs are amazing, which I love on the salad with extra pickled turnips that's right I just said pickled turnips and they are amazing. The hummus is super fresh and they give you a choice of flavors. my only negative is they try and execute fast casual and fail due to freshness. you may get there and have chicken kabobs and grilled veggies ready but other times have to wait 10 minutes. other than that this place is a gem and a must hit for all Mediterranean food lovers. More...
Superb meal. Try their beef gyro plate with eggplant, rice and hummus sides plus a warm wheat bread. Yummy. My favorite quick eats spot.
Good, relatively cheap fast casual Mediterranean food. Think Chipotle, but for falafel and gyros. The roll-ups even come with a free side. The falafel is nicely crisp and you get plenty of veggies and sauce in the wrap. The pita seemed good quality as well. My only real issue was that I got baba ganoush as my side which I assumed would come with something to dip in it. It didn't. The grape leaves are good though. Definitely worth a stop for lunch or a quick dinner and Maza is relatively easy to get to from the highway. More...
My Wife and I tried Maza for the first time today. She got the Greek chicken salad and I got the chicken Ceaser salad and we can easily say they are the best salads we have ever had. The chicken kabob they put in the salad was delicious. It is very clean and staff is friendly we cant wait to come back. More...
Simply amazing food! I noticed the extra special garnishes to the food upon preparation which lead me to believe that was going to good. I really loved the Shwarma and the lentils with the onion side provided an infusion of a great mix of spices that coalesce well. Their beats are really good too. I'm definitely going back next time I'm in the neighborhood. Thank you!!! More...
So good!!! I had the Kibbeh dinner (sides were traditional hummus, couscous w/ feta/tomato/onion, beets) and it was outstanding. My husband had the chicken shwarma with wheat/lentil/carmelized onions side and it was even better! I saw another reviewer that was not fond of the chicken shwarma. My husband's was moist, flavorful and perfectly dressed. I stole several bites :) Freshly made pita was perfect. We will be back... OFTEN! Best lunch/dinner option along the DWH in Nashua, IMHO. May need to find excuses to shop so we can stop in again soon. This establishment is clearly a labor of love for the owner. More...
Today we stumbled on Maza, a Mediterranean joint opened recently on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, NH. We went for dinner and ordered a Beef & Lamb Gyro plate and a Lamb Kofta Kabob plate. The plate comes with 1 pita bread, 3 sides and a Tzatziki sauce. We saw them making fresh pita bread right near the serving counter. For the sides, we got wheat & lentil bulgar, an eggplant dish and roasted veggie. Everything was very tasty; specially I loved the wheat and lentil bulgar. The restaurant was quite busy but had a comfortable setting. I hope that they will keep up their great food quality. This is a good place to drop by for a cheap and tasty meal! More...
Stopped here for lunch, and I had a great meal - too much food for lunch, but I brought it home and ate it later. Everything was so tasty. I love all the choices that you get, and the price was very reasonable. My one tiny complaint is that the chicken shawarma was dry, but they serve plenty of sauces on the side so that you can add plenty of moisture. I think I would try the lamb gyro next time. And there will be a next time, even though I have to make a special trip. More...
I refused to take my kid to 5 guys and we went here instead. The baba ganoush is fantastic! My picky eater, 13 yr old son had the chicken shawarma and loved it! Along with all the side dishes of roasted veggies and the sauces, everything was excellent. It's nice to have a place where healthy food is prepared so well. More...
Tried this new place today and I couldn't be happier ! Really great authentic Mediterranean food! I found my new hot spot for lunch.
Finally got to try this place! Sort of like a subway/ chipotle style restaurant. Fast and inexpensive. I got the lamb kofta kabob plate with brown rice, regular hummus, stuffed grape leaves and white pita bread, topped with sumac onions, with a side of tzatziki sauce. The only negative was the rice was a bit hard and old but couldn't finish it anyways, all the other things on my plate filled me up. My boyfriend got the beef and lamb gyro with white rice, and double mac n cheese, with pita bread and tzatziki sauce. The mac n cheese was a bit watery with no flavor, had to add 2 packets of salt. But who gets mac n cheese at these places. He does. The servers were very nice and the setup is great. The restaurant has great ambiance and it wasn't busy at all. More...
This was a delightful 'find' in Nashua! The variety of dishes and sides was excellent and the food was prepared authentically. Delicious! We also loved the quick ordering at the food bar. Seating was comfortable and pleasant. Get here if you can! More...
Great middle-eastern food. The baba ghanouj is superb. The chicken schwarma is great too. Everything seems fresh and homemade. The bread is nice and fresh and soft. I've only been twice, but I will keep going back. The kibee was good as well. I see in other reviews that people thought the chicken wasn't good, but I didn't find it that way. It was moist and flavorful. It does appear that the chicken is thigh (or other dark) meat and not breast meat, but I didn't find it dry. Maybe later in the day it gets dry. I enjoyed the wrap with the pickled turnip and other additions that I would not have known to try. I think you can ask for it any way you want, but try it the way they make it first. More...
The food was fresh and flavorful. I loved trying the different side dishes like the baba ganoush. I would definitely go there again
First time visit for dinner. I had the lamb kebab plate, and my wife had the chicken kebab plate. Both come with 3 sides and pita bread. Service was very good, friendly, helpful. Serving size of the sides was generous. Very good meal for under $10 a plate. We tried 6 of the sides and they were all good. My favorite was the Baba ganoush. An excellent option in the area. Will definitely be back to try some of the other menu options. More...
We tried this for the first time today. Great stuff for the family on the go. And a great price. Try the beet salad and baba sides!
Even better, I have tried everything on the menu and this place is without a doubt a unique and wonderful option away from the usual. Falafel is the best around, eggplant salad is awesome, all hits no misses. I encourage you to try it all, great way to get the kids to eat something different and more healthful. Mediterranean is the way to go and this is the best around. More...
The fresh pita bread was delicious! Their hummus is on point. I got the Mediterranean wrap and it was delicious. I cant wait to try the lamb! Definitely stopping in again.
Chicken kabob was the best I had ever had! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and I will take the 40 minute drive just to go there again!
I've eaten here twice and will absolutely be back. The beef and lamb gyro is great, as is the tabouli, the hummus, and the baba ganoush. The pita is nice. Avoid the chicken shawarma. I found it over cooked, dry, and leathery. I am looking forward to trying the kabobs and the kibbeh. More...
Loveeeee!! The chicken shawarma is fantastic. I got mine with tabouli, hummus, farro & a whole wheat pita. Definitely my new favorite restaurant in this area. Not only is the food awesome the staff is so friendly too. Great job. More...
We went to Maza for a late dinner hoping for something fast but yummy. We were not disappointed. The shawarma (both beef and chicken) were delicious, and the sides were both good and plentiful. This is a great place to eat if you want great food but not the full restaurant experience. The food is served cafeteria style, and there is plenty of room to grab your own table and eat. Highly recommended for the price. More...
Must try!! I stumbled upon this restaurant last night and I am so glad I made the trip to Nashua, it was so worth it. The food is affordable and super fresh. They make the meat and falafel to order, right in front of you. This can cause the lines to move slowly, but I absolutely don't mind standing a little longer as it is much more fun to look at the options, select what you want and see it being made right there! The choices for sides are vast and all of them are very good. They bake their own pita and you can see the fresh puffed pita coming out of the oven. They have my favorite yogurt drink and mango lassi and of course other regular soda/drinks. The staff there is so so friendly and super patient (I saw their patience being tested a couple of times and they handled the customers amazingly). This is a heaven for both vegetarians and meat lovers. I can be a falafel snob, but Maza you highly impressed me with a perfect falafel. Please never change anything about the falafel and you can be assured to have a fan/customer for the rest of my life! More...
Amazing food and welcoming atmosphere!! This place is a true finding in Nashua :-)
Healthy mediterranean soup salad and grill. Fast service, clean as you can see food prepping in front of you and great friendly young staff.Great experience and great prices.
Definitely five stars for what it is. The food is fresh, nicely spiced, and delicious. The menu is simple to understand, but with a nice variety of choices. I was able to eat for under $10, and the amount of food was appropriate. The location is good, with plenty of parking. This is a good addition to our choices in the area.Back again summer 2016. Still HIGHLY recommend Maza. More...
Authentic Mediterranean food at a very reasonable price. Falafel better than most places. Very friendly staff.
Can't say enough about this place. Delicious, fresh food with many healthy options. Pleasant workers and clean environment. Real food fast!! Would eat here every day if I could, and I am very picky! Check it out :) More...
Good food, reasonable prices and authentic tasteHad lamb and family had chicken kabab
I stopped in here one day by myself while I was out running errands. I wanted a quick bite to eat, but something on the healthier side. I ordered a chicken kabob wrap and grape leaves. Everything was wonderful, especially for the price. I would definitely come back here and try something else. They have a ton of different sides to choose from and they all looked great! More...
Arriving to my destination in my uber and seeing a brand new building that housed a restaurant named Maza Mediterranean grill I ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich with a side of roasted hummus. The service was excellent it seemed to be a family owned business and the atmosphere was beyond amazing I would recommend this spot for people who want to try some great Mediterranean food! The only downside of the spot was the garlic sauce was not too strong so it barely had any flavor! I'd rate this a 4 out of 5 because of great food and even better service. More...
As a bigger guy I obviously love food. I'm from Michigan and i have never had Mediterranean food before. I was skeptical at first because I was trying something new in a different state. However the food was great. They cook the food right in front of you and the ingredients are all displayed like at a qdoba and you know that it will all taste amazing. The service was amazing and I when I asked for another piece of pita bread to finish up the hummus I was given it without charge. This place was great and I wish they had one near me. More...
After going to several Mediterranean restaurants in my life span, I know my fair share of how they operate. Most of these types of restaurants are very heavy and it feels as if I can barely walk after I stand up. This particular restaurant was a great quick meal that was fulfilling. The proportions were a good size and it was a light enough meal to where I didn't feel bogged down when I left. As far as the authenticity and taste of the food, it is nothing less than what I expected. The Chicken Shawarma was a great choice and it came with a couple of hefty sides. The only negative comment I can make is on the garlic sauce. It was not very spicy or tasty, but was fine to eat with my sandwich. Overall, I would definitely visit this place again to get a quick sit down meal. More...
Lebanese cuisine, tasty and very traditional and authentic ingredients and at the same time fresh
I enjoy the food from this place so much that I feel compelled to write my first review here! I do not eat meat or dairy so finding healthy food on the go that's also filling is a challenge. Maza has several flavorful options for me and I can usually get a plate of food for under 10 dollars. Everything is fresh and most of the time they make the pita and falafel right then and there for me. So good!! More...
Great food. Reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. I've had dreams of baba gannoush that good!! Only recommendation would be signs for al the sides.
Absolutely delicious, super fresh and healthy! I am addicted! Kale salad with grains and rotisserie chicken was AMAZING.
Amazing!! We will be back many times! Highly recommend the chicken shawarma!
Amazing food and super nice employees! I've tried a few dishes but the beef shawarma wrap is my favorite (with a side of the warm eggplant). I recommended getting all the toppings it comes with- it really adds to the flavor! This place has become a weekly stop for me!! More...
The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The food was great, glad this is down the street!
This is our favorite place to take our little one to eat! Healthy, fresh flavors & plenty of variety to keep him occupied. The staff are all so sweet and work hard to make sure you have a great visit. All of the sides we have tried are wonderful - baba ganoush, the pomegranate beets (my favorite), chickpea salad, hummus, sauteed eggplant. Fresh herbs and lively flavors of lemon are used perfectly. The pickled turnips are just wonderful. We have tried the beef shwarma, kibbeh & lamb meatballs. I would recommend getting the beef as a wrap but the lamb is great on the plate, the kibbeh a real treat. Don't forget to grab a dessert - all of those are delightful as well! More...

Went to Maza last week and thought the sides were out of this world. The main courses - lamb and kibbie were good, but not as outstanding as the sides. Service was friendly and helpful. Only miss was my friend got Shawarma and it was "cold". He liked it but they need to run the heat higher on the spit or something. More...
Wow everything was delicious! The staff is so helpful and friendly. Will most definitely be coming back.
My wife and I stopped in here today for the first time. The location isn't the best - it's off to the side in a VERY busy plaza and the parking can be iffy, but once you get in it's very pleasant. We both had the beef Shawarma wrap with a side of sauteed eggplant. Both were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The prices were reasonable as well. The menu is somewhat limited, but has a good assortment of Mediterranean platters, wraps and salads. We'll be back and will try something else. More...
Shwama plate is awesome. Came with 3 sides and pita. Couscous is delicious. Place is clean and people working here are friendly.
I've been there twice, and it's fabulous. First time I got the chicken kabobs, second time, the chicken shwarma. Both delicious. You get 3 sides. Service, food, quality, really great. I've recommended it to everyone. More...
Two words: Chicken. Kabob. Seriously some of the best chicken I have EVER had! Just went here for the first time and was blown away by the freshness and quality of food. Surprised Maza doesn't have lines out the door - if it keeps up the amazing quality, it soon will! It's a must for anyone shopping in the area looking for a quick bite! More...

BEST SHAWARMA in NH! Haven't had a shawarma like this since I was in Tunisia.

Delicious food, meh service. I have been to Maza twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. I tried the chicken shwarma wrap, and then the beef kibbeh plate w/ three sides. Everything tasted fresh. My favorite part is all the choices for sides! I've tried the hummus, baba ganoush, and the pearl couscous salad. Hummus is divine, very creamy and tastes like they add a good amount of tahini which I love. The baba ganoush was also great, with a good amount of lemon, garlic, tahini, and a slight smokey flavor and very creamy. Baked Kibbeh was good, although this is the first time I tried it so I don't have anything to compare it to.The service needs some work. My first visit for the wrap was ok, but not stellar. On my visit for the baked kibbeh, the guy taking my order did not seem like he knew what he was doing and was very slow, and also forgot about the salad I ordered until I reminded him. He was nice, just did not seem like he had any experience in this type of restaurant before. I also alerted him of a nut allergy (as they ask on their menu sign), but he only checked if the kibbeh had nuts, not any of the sides I ordered (luckily, they did not have any I am allergic too...). The manager/supervisor/owner(?) stepped up and made sure my order was correct and all together, and then packed it into a to go bag for me. Also, the girl who rang me up at the register was very pleasant.Overall, I will be back for the delicious food, but they need to train some of their employees a bit more or hire people who are more qualified for this type of "fast/fresh" restaurant. Love this place! Great for a quick, affordable, and healthy meal. Plates come with three sides, and wraps come with one side. They have a wide variety of side dishes, hot and cold. You also get a fresh pita, white or wheat with your meal, all for $10 or less. More...
Authentic Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food full of genuine flavor and prepared with care... The service was somewhat slow but probably due to place being open recently and staff still training... Manager or owner was personally involved with serving the food and tried to establish a personal relationship with most customers... I was pleasantly surprised so I highly recommend this place as long as it remains clean and friendly... Great for families also... More...

Great falafel, bread and kibbeh. The food is made fresh. The staff is friendly.
Maza opened recently in Webster Square next door to Men's Wearhouse and Super Cuts. This fast casual Mediterranean restaurant serves up shawarma (chicken & beef), falafel, kabobs (chicken & lamb kofta), stuffed kibbeh, wraps, pita, salads, hummus, side dishes, baklava, & biscotti. You pick out the food you want, which is already made from behind the glass case and pay at the adjacent register. Coke fountain drinks (self serve) and bottled drinks served here. The place has ample self serve table seating.I stopped in at Maza for dinner takeout. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Plate ($9.49 plus tax) served with fresh baked pita and choice of 3 sides (I chose taboulleh, lentil rice, & 4 stuffed grape leaves). The food I had was actually very good. The boneless marinated pieces of rotisserie chicken was very tender and had good flavors. The lentil rice had a soft light texture. The taboulleh had a cool tangy flavor. The wheat pita bread was soft and chewy. The stuffed grape leaves were filled with soft rice and dreached in oil, standard grape leaves.Overall, Maza is a good quick place in South Nashua to pick up some tasty Mediterranean food at fair prices.
