Hi, my name is Michael Bonetti. Welcome to MAX 4 FITNESS. We are a private training studio located in Sandy Springs, GA. Our small group personal training sessions are ‘maxed out’ at 4 people. We believe in the fitness model that 4 people can truly get ‘personal’ training at a 1 trainer to 4 client ratio.

I have been working with Michael BONETTI for over ten years. We work on fitness, balance, strengthening, core, and stamina. Michael is very good at adapting our workouts to our specific individual needs as necessary. (Several of us have artificial knees and hips and other problem areas.) I had a total knee replacement a year ago and am still having some issues related to it. I had asked my friend/chiropractor/applied kinesiologist, who is a dedicated good health professional in every way, and works with athletes, and knowledgeable about orthopedic issues if he had any recommendations for trainers. He replied. You need someone who will push you but not let you hurt yourself and I strongly recommend Michael Bonetti. I have been training with Michael for about 3 months and am seeing great improvement in my mobility, stamina and muscle strength. I highly recommend Michael. He is professional and present. Recently moved here and was looking for a gym, similar to the one I had been attending. I was skeptical. I wanted a small gym with personal attention and not a lot of frills. Luckily, I found it at Max 4 Fitness. The owner/trainer is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. The groups are small and you get a lot of instruction and variety in the workout. The facility is extremely well maintained and the sessions are personalized and challenging yet fun. More...

I have been working with Michael at Max 4 Fitness  for over 2 years.  Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable in the areas of strength training and conditioning.  His priorities are to help you meet your goals while minimize injury.  His routines are thorough, well thought-out, and have been adaptive my personal goals.  Michael has a knack for knowing the sweet spot for training in terms of  knowing just the right weight and reps to use in a routine and has a great arsenal of exercises to help recover from injury or focus on specific areas of improvement from your max bench press to your golf game.Micheal has provided  instrumental nutritional guidance and direction outside of the gym to help maintain momentum and the benefits of working with Michael extend far beyond the time in training.Lastly Michael provides a warm and welcoming environment to get started.  No judgement, only support.  The gym is definitely worth checking out. I have been going to Michael for about 4 months now and he is a great trainer, coach, and teacher. He has helped me increase my strength, increase my range of motion, and my body fat percentage is dropping. I have been a certified fitness professional since 1994 and a studio owner since 2002. I have learned a lot about training over the years and I am still learning more about how the human body was ‘designed’ and how it really works. I can honestly say, that it is truly amazing; the bodybuilding methodologies of the past, pale in comparison to the ‘Human Performance’ methodologies of today.

I have helped clients from all walks of life. I have trained professional athletes, stay-at-home moms, CEO’s and weekend warriors. I work with other healthcare practitioners to help people move ‘pain free’, return from injury to play a sport they love and inspire them to do more than they ever thought they would do. I am also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist; what you eat has a lot to do with 'how' you'll look.

Watching people change...not just how they look on the outside, but how they feel on the inside and seeing the light in their eyes is what I love the most.

The health club I started my training career working in sold to a large chain from California. After meeting with the new owners Personal Training Department, I knew it wasn't the right fit for me. I found a location a couple of blocks away and opened my first studio.
