What makes a great website?
Design that stands out - aesthetics that are pleasing and easy to the eye.
Easy to read and understand content - not bloated to with too much information or too little.
Avoiding cliches - no one wants a "typical company" make yourself stand out.
Giving your viewers a sign of integrity and honesty.
Easy contact access (chat, phone, contact form)

What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Just a video call for the first round, if remote and an in-person meeting, if local. All other required information is covered in the iTS contract and iTS questionnaire.
