We had take out last night. This is a must visit resturanr. Very comfortable inside. I was warmly welcomed by every member of their staff. The owner welcomed me. Food was read.This was some of the best lamb I've ever had. The spice blend is really tasty and like nothing you have had in New Hampshire. We were here on a busy night where they were under staffed so it took a while to get our food, BUT when the food came it was fantastic! Really nice people and excellent service. The food is wonderful,we order for appetizer Falafel and for dinner the Matbah mix grill.To be honest is delicious food,and,the owner is from Istanbul he come to our table and we had a fantastic conversation about our country cultures.I highly recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I were visiting from Boston and decided to stop by at this restaurant for some halal Turkish food. I ordered the chicken adana kabab wrap and my husband ordered the lamb shank. The chicken adana kabab was wrapped it a light airy wrap with garlic sauce and vegetables. I selected fries as my side. The chicken was cooked well and tasty. I felt that everything about it was great. I have not tried that specific type of tortilla wrap before and did not expect it to be so thin but it seemed to complement the chicken. The lamb shank was also delicious. My husband liked it. It melted off the bone! It was served atop some bulgur which was very tasty. We love Matbah! The food is always fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is totally chill and relaxed, and they don’t rush you out of there when you’re done eating. Matbah is the real deal in freshly prepared delightfully delicious Turkisk cuisine in Manchester NH. From the chicken yogurt soup to the cold mezze plate, falafel, yogurt mousse dessert with Turkish coffee and Turkish Delight candies this was an extraordinary dining experience. Amazing, vast selection of Mediterranean delights. They had an eggplant dip available along a homemade hummus. It was served with well-seasoned flatbread. I had the roasted beet salad; it could have featured more beets but the dressing and arrangement overall was delicious. It seems like they do a substantial take-out business. We had Sigara Boregi, which is an appetizer of crispy filo dough, egg, fete, and herbs with little dabs of their white garlic sauce to dip it in. I had the Kofte, which was basically 3 little beef and lamb sliders with spices and herbs, most tasteful little bites ever, with a side of Bulgar Pilaf with onion, tomato, and green pepper.
