If you’re looking for your forever home Mastercraft will meet all your needs! Even if your unsure of what you want they give you so many options on things they can do in each and every room! I haven’t had them build me a home, but I know when I do it will be with them! They are 100 percent to their word and if you have any questions they are awesome to work with and answer! An amazing experience from start to finish! Chris was great to work with in the design and selection process. I was able to make all the changes I wanted, to a floor plan I loved, but wanted some extras added. Chris helped every step of the way making sure I was able to get everything I was looking for. I then worked with both Mass and Johnathan during the actual construction and they were both great as well. When we began our home building process we met with over 5 different builders in the area. Chris is who we met with from Mastercraft and he blew us away. Out of all the builders we met with Chris's ability to simplify the process and answer all our questions was unmatched. I worked closely with Chris throughout the process and admittedly there were a few minor hiccups throughout the journey, however Chris was very fast to make sure the problem was resolved. Our Expeditor Moss has really come through and taken care of us, and even after we've been in the home for 3 months he's still on top of the few minor finishing touches and always quick to respond. (something I read that usually fades quickly once the house is occupied) Dave W, one of the owners checked in with us throughout the build and also addressed any and all 'curve balls' that naturally arise throughout a home build. I have said and will continue to say, I would recommend Chris and Mastercraft to anyone looking to build a home and we hope to do this again with them one day. 5 stars for the whole team there.
