We are a Florida Civil Engineering firm with many years of experience in public and private site, roadway, stormwater, potable water, sanitary sewer system analysis, design, permitting and construction observation. Over the past 36 years and presently, we have and are performing Continuing Engineering Services for various municipalities. We look forward to offering our engineering experience and expertise to you.

Masteller & Moler, Inc. was created to provide consulting engineering services to both government and private development clients. Over the past 36 years, Earl H. Masteller, PE, BCEE and Stephen E. Moler, PE have used their experience and expertise in water and wastewater treatment and system design to develop a profitable business relationship with City and County governments. In addition, they have been successful in building a profitable business relationship with selected developers involving site plans and large land subdivisions.

Mr. Masteller and Mr. Moler are not only owners and officers of the firm but are also directly involved in day-to-day engineering design. The firm 's staff is well educated, highly motivated and dedicated to serving the needs of each project. A pleasant office atmosphere has been created by hiring staff with special importance on employee personality and motivation, providing a good benefits package, and giving a profit bonus at the end of each quarter.
