Ming was able to fit me in very last minute which I was so grateful for as I had just come out of a ten day seated meditation and my body felt sore. More than that he was able to offer compassion and care through his work when I was also feeling a lot of personal life stress. The massage was very relaxing. I was in town for a few days and looking for the best massage in Kansas City and I definitely found that! Not being from the area I was a little nervous but everything was great! I'm a hairstylist and that comes with a lot of body aches and pains and Amy went above and beyond my expectations to get rid of those and still allow it to be a relaxing experience! I have had the hardest time finding a massage therapist that I like in Missouri. But today I have finally found my new massage therapist and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I've been looking for someone that can-do deep tissue and actual detailed work to figure out the cause of my pain. I am a massage therapist myself so I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what my body needs and the style of massage that I like. Up until this point I have yet to find someone that knows how to do any of that. I was absolutely Blown Away with Ming. He really knows his stuff. He made sure to ask me what it was that I needed help with before just inviting me to get on the table and walk out the door. I'm surprised at how many massage therapists want to just do their routine without asking why I came in. I felt like I was thoroughly able to go through the checklist of things that brought me in. The owner, Ming is not an average massage therapist. He has a great gift / talent and genuinely cares for his clients. It's unlikely you're having an issue he has not treated but if so, research will begin and he will most likely take professional classes to study optional treatments eventually. Visited Massage FE this weekend and feeling awesome! I read some questionable reviews and had second thoughts. None of the negativity I read about was present. The atmosphere was very nice. Very relaxing, good temperature and quite beautiful! The table was comfortable and the masseuse was very experienced. I don't know what others' rating this place think they are talking about, but I have been to this place several times, and received excellent service every time. The massage therapists have been cordial, patient, thorough and attentive. There has never been an issue of distraction, rude or unprofessional during my visit.As for the massages I have received, I have never had to give instructions to my therapists. This is the hallmark of a good masseur or masseuse.
