Massage Envy - Glen Burnie

A well overdue review. I usually have issues with scheduling appointments through the massage envy app but that has something to do with corporate and the fact that there are always updates and upgrades recently due to some type of system changes. Also, my home account is not at this location so often times my sessions are listed under a visitor account and it has to be manually switched. Nonetheless, the receptionist are always friendly, welcoming and patient. I've been visiting this location for over a year now and it took a few visits until I found a therapist that is my "go to" and there had to be a "back up" therapist and this place has both.  This might be a mistake (risking appointment availability in the future) but Dante is a great therapist. He always asks what my issues are before the sessions and focuses on that to a "T". He is always very professional, friendly and most of all... is not a chatter box like some therapist can be. If you are looking for a therapist (firm to deep pressure but can adjust) I highly recommend booking an appointment with Dante. The only negative for me is that he only works on weekdays when weekends are usually more flexible for me. More...

My husband gave me a gift certificate for Morhers Day. I decided to get a facial! After reading other reviews, I decided to see Kayla and I am so glad I did! I want to start off by saying, the girls at the front desk were so nice when I walked in. Got me set up quickly and asked if I wanted any water. Kayla then took me back to the room and asked me about my skin type and what I was looking for. This being my first facial, I wasn’t really sure but she was very helpful and understood what I was saying, even though I was having a hard time explaining! She did an absolutely wonderful job! I chatted with her because I am just talkative in new situations but she made me feel so comfortable and chatted with me. The facial itself was so relaxing and really just what I needed! I also added a foot scrub and it was also very relaxing. My face looks better than it has in a long time! All in all, I will definitely go back to see Kayla. I took my mother here as a mother’s day present and she had Lindsay for one hour and she said it was wonderful, I could see she looked so much better when she came out after that hour. she said it was so relaxing and soothing. I've only been here twice but every time I come the staff is so nice and welcoming. I have seen Sabi both times for my massages and she is WONDERFUL. She really takes her time and listens to your needs. And I also loved the fact that she was willing to talk a little bit and it wasn't awkward silence. I have been a member at this location for a long time and have always enjoyed my sessions. The front desk staff have always been courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My massage therapist, Lindsey, is amazing!! I have two small children that I chase after all day everyday, which causes a lot of neck and back pain, and she is able reduce that tension without causing soreness the next day. If you are in need of a deep tissue massage, Lindsey is your girl! My esthetician, Kayla, is also amazing. She helps fight the aging my children are causing lol! I just transferred to this location & I must say I’m not disappointed. The location is clean & the staff is friendly. I personally have been getting my skin takin care of by their new esthetician Kayla for about 6 months now (she’s the reason I recently transferred here). 10/10 recommend getting a facial from her. Great Experience!! My husband and I called last minute for massages on Valentines day and we were surprised that they were able to get us in! I am 32 weeks pregnant and my massage was with Dante, he did a wonderful job at making sure I was comfortable & satisfied!
