Wow wow wow. I wish that there were an option for 10 stars. Marylou went ABOVE and BEYOND in the execution of our project. Most importantly she was VERY cognizant of our budget and applied her expertise to deliver the most bang for our buck possible. She knew the right tradespeople, and has deep and meaningful relationships with everyone she works for. It really was amazing to see the respect and care that was put into the project at every step.

At the end of the day we ended up with a custom den that was perfectly suited to our needs. She was able to address lighting/electrical, carpentry, paint/wallpaper, and furnishings in way that really brought the whole room together while (have I said this before?) STAYING ON BUDGET!!!

I recommend her wholeheartedly.

For additional context, we unfortunately had to move just a few months after the project was completed. Now, in our new home, we are working with a designer on a similar project and all I can think at every step of the way is "Why couldn't Marylou be here to help us?" More...

We renovated a 7000 sq ft mansion in JP and she infused it with personality and took care of the details that we would have missed. We completely rehabbed 5 baths as well as a master bath/closet and an entertainment room. put in all new ceiling lights and sconces throughout to bring it back to to its original majesty. Not only did she have the vision but understood our needs. She never tried to lead us somewhere we did not want to go or try to up sell us. Marylou was cognizant of our budget despite the daunting task of accomplishing a large reno on a short timeline. She is great with the big vision and the small details (i.e., picture hanging, curtains, paint and fabric colors, etc) as needed. She also coordinated our contractors as we did not have a general contractor (we hired two contractors to complete the reno faster). We would recommend her a thousand times over. More...

We were under a time crunch but Marylou was able to get all 4 floors completely furnished and beautifully pulled together on schedule and on budget. She coordinated all the deliveries and installs amidst construction without a hitch. She is lovely and pleasant to work with and her integrity is impeccable. She puts her clients' needs first and goes well beyond her responsibilities to make things as smooth as possible.
