I had a chance to get to know Marlie earlier this year and since then I have felt so lucky. I got to know a wonderful person, who provided me with constant support, and who really listened. Marlie's knowledge in general health and lifestyle is great for helping those wishing to discover what best fits them and their lifestyle. I believe Marlie is a Health Coach with a bonus! Marlie is a top trainer. She’s mega knowledgeable about bodies and how they work. Sometimes I think I’m talking to a physiotherapist- she gets how everything is connected. Marlie is very knowledgable about body needs and that gives her the flexibility to make you try different exercises or poses to get the best out of every session. Marlie keeps me accountable. She's the best at what she does — combining a deep understanding of health and wellness with her background in psychology to empathize with her clients and adapt to their weekly needs. As an active person myself, Marlie was able to uniquely mold a program that I can follow and execute. Not only did Marlie exceed my expectations every time we had a session, she also expanded my education about my health and wellness. Lastly, Marlie helped me improve not only what I am eating, but also my mindfulness towards various food choices and lifestyle optimizations. Marlie is a rock start. After trying various diets and exercise routines with some short-term but no long-term success, I finally reached out to Marlie at the suggestion of a friend. I've had about 5 sessions with Marlie and I already feel much better. I've lost weight, have more energy, sleep better, and have an improved overall outlook on life. More than just a short-term fix, Marlie works to educate, motivate, and put in place the pieces needed for ongoing health and wellness. By digging deep into the specific reasons why you eat what you eat, and the behaviors that may be detrimental to your health, I've been able to make some long-lasting breakthroughs. It's only after I started with Marlie that I realized that these positive changes not only benefit me but my family as well. Marlie is a passionate, intuitive and extremely skilled coach. She clearly loves what she does and her breadth of knowledge and expertise in all things health related from nutrition to fitness to sleep is nothing short of impressive. I guarantee she can answer any questions you have, from what kind of exercise best suits your body type and goals to explaining the nutritional value of any food you may be wondering about. Whatever your health questions, Marlie can answer them. And it’s because of this vast range of knowledge that she is able to coach people with a wide variety of needs.For me, I am an entrepreneur that works many long hours and while I consider myself fairly healthy, it is not unusual for me to skip a meal, bypass a workout or sleep less than is optimal. That is why I began Marlie’s 90 day program with the goals of: a better work/life balance; increased energy; and more regularity and routine to my eating, sleeping and exercise. I am just past halfway in the program now and I can truly say it’s made a huge impact on my day to day. Not only am I sleeping regular hours, but the quality of my sleep has also improved. I am exercising regularly, prioritizing this time in my schedule. Lastly, Marlie has helped me improve not only what I’m eating, but how I’m eating. All of these things have not only enhanced my energy, but also my overall happiness! The best thing about Marlie’s program is that it’s easy to follow. It is effective because it’s approachable and doable. Through a series of weekly meetings, Marlie leads you through a very well thought out and structured program that builds upon itself each week. She will never tell you to do something just because it works for someone else. I've long tried to find nutrition coach...asking my doctors for referrals, asking friends and searching online...to no avail. I found Marlie through my trainer at the San Francisco gym, Perform for Life and decided to do the 12-week program.I was looking to work with someone to increase my education about nutrition, be able to advise me on my personal (custom) nutritional needs and to coach me along the way. Marlie was exactly what I wanted and was looking for. I finished the twelve weeks with a vastly increased understanding of nutrition for me and feel confident about my food and nutrition needs going forward. Marlie was so knowledgeable about any nutrition or health topic I asked and was always prompt and informative in her responses. She truly knows her stuff!Marlie also lives the life she coaches, which is inspiring and motivating. On top of that her background as a therapist makes her someone who understands the psychology and struggles of managing food and nutrition. She was able to adapt to my challenges and effectively help me in various ways throughout the twelve weeks.I enjoyed my time working with Marlie and learned so so much! Working with Marlie has been wonderful. She is patient, flexible, a great listener and her positivity and calm demeanor have had such a welcome addition to my weekly routine. I really appreciated her individualized and holistic approach to my well-being and always felt supported. I had a pleasure working with Marlie after signing up for her 90-day program. I really appreciated that aside from providing tools to develop healthy habits with food and exercise, the program contained elements to help one become a happier invididual with a healthier and brighter outlook on life. My initial issue was low energy and Marlie has helped me to resolve it by employing several techniques.

Another great part is that Marlie does not overwhelm you with unnecessary information and presents very clear and practical suggestions within a very thoughtful and efficient program structure.

I really enjoyed our 1-hour sessions that always made my following days go smoother.

If you would like to develop a healthier lifestyle, improve your energy levels and improve your mood, I highly recommend her 90-day program.
