Marly did our engagement pictures and she did a phenomenal job! She had great suggestions for places we could go and found our dream location. It was the perfect place, perfect time of day (dusk fading into sunset) and experienced with the perfect photographer. I was very nervous about being in front of the camera, but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was able to find my good side using great angles and captured beauty in me and my fiance. She also captured true moments of love between us which I feel show up in the photos. She has a keen eye for capturing beautiful authentic moments that are breathtaking and artistic at the same time. Marly took my Bridals and did my Wedding Day photography. She is incredibly talented and did a fantastic job. I was nervous to take bridals because I don't like pictures of just me, but she made it so much fun and I didn't ever feel awkward or uncomfortable. Initially, I reached out to Marlena because I fell in love with her talent. I knew some of her clients and I thought she had been able to capture their beauty from within and without.

However, the reason I will continue to work with her is because, for anyone with kids, you know how hard it is to get your kids to look at the camera in that one magical moment. Or how hard it is to capture the love and the closeness between all of you. Being in front of a camera can feel awkward and unnatural, but Marlena's easy attitude and her kindness made it so much easier. She was so great with the kids, and even better with the adults! My husband really doesn't like to take pictures, but when the experience was over and we had so many great shots, he was so happy we had done it.
