What do you love most about your job?

Simple. I love the sport of marketing and helping PEOPLE grow their businesses in a way that it affords them to do what they love with who they love. I take pride in knowing that I'm great at what I do and I really believe that although helping people grow their businesses is amazing, it's not the end of the impact that a great marketing campaign has...the freedom that a thriving business provides for the individual business owner gains is what it's all about.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been an entrepreneurial spirit since I started my own lawn cutting service at 11 years old ( my only clients were a few neighbors and family, :) ), I grew up in small town and actually worked as a construction helper (wasnt built for that one), as a teen I worked in watermelon fields, even then I wanted to OWN and sell my own watermelons, to help pay for college I started a painting company and bought ads in local papers and passed out flyers in neighbor towns.
I have never been called lazy, but I always seemed to value my time...differently. As I grew older I began to read alot and ran into a book Called Rich Dad, Poor Dad and it started making sense. Then I read Grant Cardone's 10x Rule and It ALL made sense, for me to start my own Business. I still wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do...I had so many ideas, and soooo many options, eventually I read "The One Thing" by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan and figured it out. It also didn't help that I got fired for the ONLY TIME in my life a year ago and decided that it was full time boss mode for me from that moment on. Never again would I have that feeling that someone else could- on a whim- just decide how my life, my family's lives and future would be provided for.
