A nice company to work with. The countertop measure person, David,   came up to Placerville in a snow storm. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a fairly complicated installation. Matt was very helpful in picking out slabs. The fabricators did beautiful work. The installers were very professional and gave incredible attention to detail. One small countertop piece was out of square and was replaced without question. I didn't get the names of the initial installers, but Leo (the lead) and Israel returned to install the replacement piece. I can't say enough about how careful they were - they worked until it was perfect (they even identified a problem with another piece and corrected it while they were here). More...

We were so nervous when the granite was being delivered. We chose the slab more than a month before in the slab yard. We also felt uncertain about choices about where to put seams and stuff. In the end we decided to let them make the best choice. Not only did they chose great seams and pieces for the countertops and island, the installers were amazing. LEO and OMAR were absolutely amazing! Friendly. Clean. Professional. Excellent. I don't think it would have been possible to improve. The seams are absolutely amazing. My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen, and we bought quartz countertops from Marble Palace. First I spoke to Matt about the pricing and options. I met him at their shop to see the slabs, and they have so many beautiful choices! Matt was very friendly and helpful - he was knowledgable but never pushy. We picked a busy time to remodel (right before the holidays), and yet the whole process was completed within 3 weeks! It was amazing! The installers did a fantastic job, and they made sure everything was perfect before they left. They took their time to make sure everything was 100% level and stable, and they did a great job on the seam in the countertop. Chad came and inspected the countertops after the job was finished. He made sure that everything was perfect - and it was! I would not hesitate to use Marble Palace again or recommend them to anybody! We used the Marble Palace for a quartz bathroom countertop, even though they are based in Stockton and we live in Sacramento, because they came highly recommended from a local cabinet company we used. Prices were very good and we didn't have to wait several weeks for the product and installation. They do a considerable amount of work in Sacramento, so don't let the Stockton offices throw you off. The day after our cabinets arrived and were installed, Marble Palace came out to create a template and eight days later the quartz was brought back for installation. The installers, the duo of Leo and Omar, were simply terrific. They were friendly, experienced as a team working together, professional, extremely neat in their work, and cut no corners in a complicated installation process. I called with just a screening question, but Matt was the perfect mix of helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy - so I quit screening places and showed up. We recently did a remodel in our kitchen and hired Marble Palace.  I was initially VERY impressed with all the slab choices they had.  I knew what I wanted for our new kitchen so it was very easy to find.  Chad Lathrop was super helpful and knowledgeable.  I told him we wanted a waterfall for the island and he knew what that would take and was confident in his team's ability.  The turn time was quick.  The staff was easy to work with and amazing!  Chad had some great advice on a few features we hadn't thought about- 1 being quartz in the window sills in the kitchen, and 2 being taking out the corbels and putting in metal slats.  The kitchen looks incredible- exactly how I had hoped.  I will add a picture once the backsplash is completed. We started our search for our kitchen remodel at places our Kitchen designer recommended. She is from Sacramento and so my wife and I trudged our way to Sacramento, thinking it is so much bigger and they will have a bigger selection.   Our designer lined up about three different places and we looked and looked.  We found nothing special.After we came home, I asked a few friends and one recommended Marble Palace. I drove by and quite frankly it did not seem appealing.  But I went inside and I knew to ask for Chad.  They led me to Chad and he has been great ever since.The selection of granite was superior to anything we saw in Sacramento or anywhere else.  They have a huge warehouses. The drive you around in a golf cart which makes it easy. Some slabs are outside and some are indoors.   They moved them around for us for better lighting.  They were patient. We made three visits before we settled on our granite.  We needed a huge slab since our island is over 10 feet long and five feet wide.They install as well and this was the best part.  They are an all in one source. They do it all.  When they came to measure, we had a problem with our sink. We purchased online a large farmhouse Kohler sink with an apron and it simply did not have a flat bottom. The person who came to measure,  stayed there with our designer and played with the wood, sanded areas, measured and remeasured until the sink was perfectly flush.   It took him over two hours of attention to detail and professionalism.  The designer and I were amazed by the commitment to get it right.Chad came to check everything prior to install and found some errors with the carpenter (Chad used to own his own installation business and knows his stuff.)  When we finally got it all ready, a team showed up and made sure everything was perfect.  We love it.Service and quality were impeccable.  Chad made a total of four trips to my house and a final trip after install to make sure it was done perfect.  I read other reviews on here that caused me concern but my experience was completely the opposite.  Our kitchen, as I am sure yours is, is where we spend alot of time and it came out incredible. I've been working with Marble Palace as an Interior Designer for five years and I love their service and their product. Their scheduling system is top-notch. I know when they will arrive at an appointment and when they will arrive to install. The fabricators are wonderful with their state of the art equipment. Marble Palace was the installer of some quartz kitchen counter tops we purchased from All Natural Stone in Dublin CA (separate review) as part of a kitchen renovation that will be completed in the next few days. Workmanship was simply superb. The tops were ready for installation a day ahead of schedule, and the fit and finish was perfect. All sections (four separate counter tops) were perfect as they arrived. The final installation was flawless, and the two men who handled the installation were pros from start to finish. I have used Marble Palace for 5 years and I cannot say enough good things about how professional M-- and G---, the manager and owner are.  They have done 2 residences for me with HUGE kitchens and at lease another 10 counter tops.  Everything was done like they were doing their own counters.  They even took care of my son's kitchen, driving to Santa Cruz twice - a 4 hour round trip.  They have bent over backwards for me as a home owner, real estate investor and house flipper, having completed nearly a dozen jobs.  When 3 slabs arrived scratched, they negotiated a reduction in price for me with the stone dealer and then sanded it perfect for installation.  I don't know who else does this.They lay template material to make a pattern for the cut and involve me in the process.  At times when doing an island, I have designed a template for special ends and together we achieved a gorgeous finished product.  Other times I have gone to their place of business to lay out the design right on the raw stone to achieve the best possible result with the natural stone grain or movement.  I was always made feel welcomed and not rushed until I had it right. The owner has even gotten on the phone with me on another problem and he asked me, "What can I do to make this right?"  Honor & integrity.  This was my 2nd job with them and I was so impressed.  I highly recommend Marble Palace, Stockton.My only issue is they have gotten so busy because of their good service and their prices regularly beat everyone else.  I now have to plan a little further out in order to use them.  When I had someone else do my last job, I was so disappointed and not treated well - they just wanted to get paid and were not truthful with me.  I was made to feel horrible.  I will never use anyone else again and it's prompting me to write this review!! I didn't buy the counter top from them, my builder did. I recently bought a brand new home.  To my dismay, some contractor I hired accidentally ruined my bathroom counter tops. Luckily, I was able to get Marble Palace's contact info from my builder, and called them to schedule a repair.  They were able to come out within a week.  I'm in SJ and they in Stockton.  The pricing was fairly reasonable and they did a wonderful job repairing the  damages.  The people they sent were highly skilled, helpful, and professional.  Prior to the repair, I was completely stressed because I worried they might not be able to fix the scratches and blemishes.  But they did an AWESOME job, I couldn't be happier.
