As Director of New Restaurants for the Mina Group I opened many restaurants across the United States. I have yet to work with a better firm than Mallet. Eric and his team worked diligently to mitigate the number of delays that are all too common in any restaurant opening. What was most impressive was their sense of ownership for their work, even after I signed the final check.
