Malathi is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and considerate. I came to her office for my H1B case and the experience has been amazing. She guided me and my company through the process. I just need to make sure I have done my part right, and with some luck (when it comes to immigration matters, I'm sure there has always been a luck factor to it) and her expertise things have fallen into place. Scammer Alert! An acquaintance that supposedly used her services for immigration status change recommended me Malathi Benjamin. At her office she said her first consultation was “free” and gave me a to do list regarding papers that I had to put together. Plus I had to pay her $1000 dollars to move forward (or speak to her again). As soon as I paid her she never responded my to calls, answered my emails or gave me any feedback. She totally took advantage of my inability to navigate the system here under my international student status. I was told I could take her to court for fraud but between school, OPT and having to pay for another attorney to resolve my visa status change, I had to chose the later. Also she is rude, impatient and really only care to cash off vulnerable people. It’s worse if English is not your first language. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND LOSS OF MONEY trying to hire this attorney. I only have to say few words. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful and very honest. I came for a consultation about my sister's and I case, we did not wait a long time like some others. Very friendly and look online and research and fill out a format to plan our case. I have been to other "layers" like a I said layers not lawyers. They just look at the paper i have and say bunch of things not related to my case. To the contrary this office is very polite, friendly and supportive.
