Linda communicated very clearly, made the whole process easy, and executed perfectly.

We ordered a three tiered cake for our 50th Wedding Anniversary event. 6” Raspberry, 8” Vanilla, and 10” Lemon. The cake its self was moist, had an amazing flavor, and the frosting that we had chosen was not to sweet be just perfect. I was very impressed with the appearance of the cake. I had an example of what I was looking for and Miss Linda nailed it right down to the dried grape vine. We highly recommend Mainely Wedding Cakes! Mainly Wedding Cakes LLC created the most beautiful dessert for our wedding on 9/9/17. Not only did we have major compliments on the presentation but also for the taste. We chose a vanilla bean sponge cake with raspberry filling and a buttercream frosting. We had guests asking about our cake for months! Not only was this business so convenient for us but Linda made our first tasting feel like we were at home with family. Working with Linda at Mainely Wedding Cakes was an absolute joy! When I found Linda, I was a little behind the ball on timing and after looking at her work I knew that she would be able to make my vision come to life, and I was so thankful that she still had availability for my wedding date. If you want a cake that is absolutely stunning and also tastes amazing, you definitely need to talk to Linda! At our tasting we couldn't even believe how amazing both her cake and frosting flavors were, she truly values using the best possible ingredients and takes no shortcuts. All of the cake at our wedding was eaten and we had people tell us that had two, even three pieces and that it was the best wedding cake that they have ever had. I couldn't agree more! It's been almost ten months since our wedding and my wife is still talking about how she can't wait to eat the frozen piece of our cake on our one year anniversary. Linda made an absolutely beautiful cake that looked so much like a cut birch tree, that people had no idea it even was a cake. That was until we tried it, and found out it was absolutely everything we had hoped for. Even through the haze of relatives and alcohol it was one of the most memorable parts of the reception. From start to finish, my experience with Mainely Wedding cakes was 10 stars out of 5. From the very first phone call to the delivery and set up of the cake, Linda was so kind, professional and absolutely wonderful to work with. The cake tasting was spot on and the delivered wedding cake was exactly as promised. Even better in fact. We were able to chose and taste all flavors ahead of time and when Linda says she is all about making the Bride and Groom happy and stress free, she means it. We did not have to worry about a thing.
