My wife and I found Maids Next Door when looking for house keeping services for our new home on Home Advisor about six months ago. We sent a request for a quote, and within minutes, Chris called and scheduled to drive over that afternoon for a walk through and quote. He was on time, personable, and professional. He provided a very reasonable quote, so we gave it a try. We couldn't be happier with the work Maids Next Door does for us. We have a good size place. They performed a deep cleaning the first trip - included even dusting the tops of the kitchen cabinets without our asking. They literally cleaned everything from top to bottom. We had a wonderful housekeeper, Gabby, in our previous town that set the standard; when Maids Next Door finished, my wife asked, "Is it Gabby clean?". The three person team was very fast and did a thorough job. I have very high expectations of clean, and I want the house to look, smell and feel clean. The service sent a three person team to clean a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house. They were done in 2.5 hours! The hardwood floors looked renewed, every surface was clean, and the house smelled great. Next Level provides an absolutely outstanding cleaning service. I have been using Sandy and her crew for three years, and never once have I come home to my home being anything but immaculate. This is quite an accomplishment, because my dog made one heck of a mess as a puppy. Those heat cycles were no picnic either. I do not want to describe how the place looks after my girlfriend has come over with her two large dogs. Through all this adversity, Sandy and her crew are thorough, fast and extremely polite. They arrive right at 7:30 AM. As you can imagine, I am often running a bit late and they are always accommodating. Finally, I am not the most security conscious person and have been a little careless with valuables. However, I have never had an issue with anything missing. They could not be more trustworthy.
