Had the Maidpro team in to my two bedroom/two bathcondo to clean after the condo just had a major renovation and the contractors had not fully cleaned the place. Maria and her team did a fantastic job and were attentive to detail and any special requests that I had. Very thorough clean and well trained team, 2 people so very fast and seem to have a good system as I've never seen them miss anything which usually the problem I have with cleaning companies after the 1st few cleans. When I saw them use a toothbrush to clean tight bits in the bathroom I was sold! These guys are excellent! Fast, reliable, and thorough. She comes in, gets the job done quickly and effectively. Reasonable pricing and flexible scheduling. We have been using MaidPro for over 2 years now and we are quite satisfied! From the 1st phone call, scheduling and then meeting our cleaner (ok then the business of billing and such) we have been satisfied or I should say extremely satisfied with our service! The only slight exception was when our "cleaner" could not make it to our house as usual and we found we would rather reschedule than have someone else than our Irma! I have been using Maidpro for about 8 months now. Very pleased with their attention to detail and how they always try and send me my favorite cleaner. If i have a problem Denise or Byron are easy to reach and work with. I have tried other cleaning companies and some have even stole from me or break things then "forget" to tell me. I have had no such issues with the teams and cleaners they send to my house. They are also good with my pets and don't forget to shut doors behind them.
