I'm giving 3 stars for the horrible customer service. I would've given 5 because the maids themselves always do a great job. .. but knocking off 2 stars for the company itself. The lady Jenny that picks up the phone seems like she never knows what she doing. Whoever this company sold it to... has gone down hill. They should maybe retrain these people so they actually know what their doing. I used to be able to call in, they find me by address and then BAM appointment set and ready to go. But this past year has been a headache every time I call in. This lady either never finds the account or don't know what she doing. Maggie Maid really is as good as it gets! I was in a bind because I needed to get my place clean for a new sublet while I was out of town, and in no time flat. I called Maggie Maid, which I read about, and they were at my apartment three hours later and let me pay using my credit card over the phone. This maid company is the best in the business. There maids are so friendly and hard working it's amazing. The cleaners actually did my laundy. They washed my clothes, folded them and put them away too. They made my bathroom so clean, it looks like it did when I first moved in.They even pulled out the fridge and cleaned behind the wall. They detailed out the stove and wiped down all the cabinets. This was the first cleaning company I hired and will probably be the last - at least Maggy Maids anyway. Cleaners claim they were told everything left was trash which was not true. Although I got my item back, I am relieved I only hired them for moving out services when I had only a little bit of personal items left in my apartment. Who knows what would have happened if I hired them for routine cleaning with all my belongings there. Maybe cleaners just shouldn't take anything - that should clear any misunderstandings. Or at least clients should just be careful and not leave items they risk losing, which is unfortunate when dealing with a company with many good reviews on Yelp. As for the cleaning, they did a good job EXCEPT for one wall that needed the most cleaning (my landlord noticed and asked if I had time to clean it); it's unacceptable for a rate that's higher than all the quotes I received. AWESOME experience with Maggy Maids. So much that I'm having them come back monthly for me (I was looking for a reliable service). I've used them twice now and both times the teams have been super efficeient and very thorough. They cleaned inside my oven, they removed everything from my shelves to dust (bonus points for not dusting around my stuff like I would!). They literally cleaned every surface in my home from baseboards, to bathtub and all the doors and blinds AND they made my bed. All in 2 hours. They are pro's and I'm very impressed. Awesome all around - nontoxic products, super sweet and meticulous cleaners, on time and easy to schedule. Amazing company!! I had a roommate move out and wanted a deep clean before my next one moved in. I was worried because I had an OCD list of all of the things that I wanted to be done and a particular way for them to be done because I wanted a thorough cleaning. This is my first time with Maggy Maids but it will not be my last. It started with the initial phone call, manager was pleasant and patient. Once they came it was unbelievable how hardworking and pleasant they both are. If you can imagine someone cleaning your home as they would their own with a smile. Having a larger home it took longer than expected and neither of them stopped their steady efficient flow. I called them and as a consummate professional would, she made sure that my service was exceptional! I was attempting to acquire cleaning services through Maggy Maid for our large property. The woman I spoke to seemed very helpful and willing to work with me on the details of the cleaning job I was looking for. After describing everything I wanted done and sending pictures of the specific areas I wanted cleaned, she told me to wait a couple hours so she could go over it with her manager. After a couple hours I received a call back saying she hadn't gotten in touch with the manager yet and I would have to wait a couple more hours. So after waiting even longer (until 6PM at this point when the process was started around 12:45PM) I received a call back from the same woman. Not only could she STILL not provide me with a quote, she told me they wouldn't be able to clean the property AT ALL because it was "too large". When I asked if someone could clean just one room and one small outdoor area instead, I was told they STILL couldn't even help me with that. So after making me wait all day long (the cleaning job was time-sensitive), not calling other cleaning companies because I was led to believe they could help me, I was left with absolutely nothing. On top of that, the woman even asked me to refer any of my friends/associates to the company in the future. Very misleading and I was left with nothing after waiting the entire day for a quote. I am not a messy person but I love to see everything clean like in the hospital surgery room, my light switches, doorknobs, under the fridge and closet in the perfect clean arrangement. I think it was a woman from Philippines or something familiar (maybe I am wrong) She did not talk much, just did her job. When I came back with groceries everything was net and clean!!
