How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It's foundational for health and well being. However, it's not always the most important thing to tackle in the beginning. A major part of what I do is to help people remove the mental and lifestyle blocks that are preventing them from creating a consistently healthy diet. If someone has no idea how to eat healthy, is super stressed, and in a vicious shame cycle every time they attempt to eat well - the importance of the healthy diet is secondary to the importance of addressing those challenges.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love seeing my clients break through what's hindered them from creating the healthy lifestyle they desire. The best part is when I see them shift from a self-defeating cycle into a stable journey of self love, health, and freedom.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a process, but ultimately it was the revolutionary notion that I could make a living out of my passion to serve others.
