Beautiful facility. Gets a bit crowded during the traditional busy times. Recommend Hess which is right next door if you’re working out at peak times.

The best gym I've ever used! They have several cycling machines and treadmills, all the free weights you could want, resistance machines, two full- sized basketball courts, several separated captains that many use for yoga/stretching/etc. , anindoor running track, and much more that I haven't yet used. Plus they have a dedicated protein shake bar. Then there's the outdoor things. Like the running track, exercise equipment (pul up cards, etc.), baseball/softball diamonds, and more that I'm probably not seen. Totally worth the visit. More...

I love that working out can be a family affair here. It's more than adequate, with all the equipment available. There are areas that small children can be while parents work out nearby and a track that our children can time themselves on.

Strength and focus rooms. 2 story rock wall, 2 racketball/volleyball room. 2 full size basketball courts. Body mass calculator full body machine. Great staff. More...

Very nice, large, and relatively new gym. Awesome rock climbing wall, basketball courts, and lots of equipment. There is an older facility behind it that houses more equipment and another basketball court. Great place to work out.
