Booked our vow renewal, flew to Vegas to find they werent there for the wedding. I called 3 weeks before to give them our cell phone #s and let them know we wouldnt have reliable email access while traveling across the country. They emailed us to confirm instead of a call and we were in the flying at the time so they cancelled. We were traveling to get a specialty medical consultation for my disabled wife, and decided to stop in Vegas to remarry. Way to ruin our ONE piece of enjoyment during a hard time. The place was as pretty as the initial one, but the space was more intimate, which gave us a lot more. Joni was very adorable and very professional and patient, as well as Wanda Tracey who was very moving in her speech and really warm. Joni and her team helped make our destination wedding an unforgettable experience!From the beginning we wanted an outdoor wedding with a Vegas feel, and Joni helped us achieve our vision by setting us up in a beautiful venue at Springs Preserve. She provided us with a photographer, videographer and officiant, as well as a limo and tour bus to transport our guests from the Strip to the venue. Words can not describe our gratitude. Joni made our day smooth and stress free. I booked a 1hr limo photo tour for a bachelorette party I was hosting in Vegas for my sister. From the start, Joni impressed me. She is so easy to work with, friendly and has great communication. I never had to wait more than a few hours for an email response.When we were picked up in the limo, the driver and photographer were ready for us and looked really professional. Our photographer, Mike was super friendly and made us feel instantly comfortable in front of the camera.There was some miscommunication on my part regarding the images, and Joni generously compensated for the mishap.In the end, we had a great time and have some beautiful images of the tour that we will cherish for a long time! We used Joni to help plan our wedding reception out at Boulder Station. I wish I had convinced her to help out with the ceremony as well. She was great with communication. And for the big day itself, she was amazing. She was right there the whole time, kept everything moving, dealt with any small glitches without bothering us and in general made the reception worry free for me (the bride). Especially because the rest of the wedding was NOT stress free for me, having her there was a sigh of relief from when she grabbed us at arrival, through the end of the reception when she helped herd 100 people out to waiting busses to take us all back. I've worked with Joni and John for 6 years. They are amazing. Those of you considering event planning services, you must know them. They are professional, fun, honest, will do anything to make your day special. Joni saved many of my issues at my own wedding! I also would like to note, they put in a lot of community service hours with our school as they are part of our board members For our school magnet program. They attend field trips, donate time, services and connections. These people are a blessing to anyone who gets to be in their lives. By far the best event planners in Vegas.
