Luxury Limo Hawaii

Great airport transportation! We normally fly in and take a bus to Alamo rental and have to wait in a line out the door, then get three cars ($300+) and then have to drive to our resort (Disney Aulani) super long and stressful with our big party. We have a big party (15) with kids and a lot of luggage. Was a little hesitant with the party bus and our luggage but it was awesome! They have a large trunk space behind their TV where all our 16 bags and two strollers went. The driver, Sky, was awesome. When our plane landed, I had a text message from Sky saying he was ready when we were. We landed at 1140 and the airport took forever. We were delayed to get off the plane for about 40 minutes and and another 30 minutes to get our luggage. We didn't get to the party bus (15 passenger bus) until 130 and Sky was patiently waiting where he said, with a paper and my name on it. Sky was super professional and well dressed in a suit. He loaded all our luggage, took photos of our group without us asking, and we were off. We honestly saved so much money, time, and stress! It was hot outside and the bus was fully air conditioned with ice cold water and sprite waiting for us! I booked the Chrysler limo for my husband's return from a 11-month deployment. Chen, the owner made the process so seamless and easy. He gave me a quote, I was emailed a contract, and that was that! Sky was our driver, he was super nice and called me to confirm the pick up spot. It was a little confusing because he was coming onto Barbers point but he found us! He took pictures of the family in front of the limo and made sure we knew how to connect our music to the Bluetooth. He also confirmed our next stop. He chilled and talked story with us while we waited for our food. He also took pictures of us in front of the house. The limoItself was very classy looking and clean. We enjoyed working with Luxury Limo because they were so patient and flexible when it came to revisions. They were very organized when it came to drawing up our invoice and they were specific with the pick-up and drop-off times and locations. As our wedding day got closer, we had to add another limo and another party bus and LL was able to accommodate our requests.

We were able to drop off our champagne bottles to their office in Honolulu and they had it ready in the party bus for us.

The party bus was comfortable and spacious and we were not on top of each other. They provide coolers, cups, glasses, and napkins. We were able to play music via Bluetooth. There is also air conditioning.

The most important part was that the drivers got all of us plus our guests to and from our pick-up and drop-off points punctually and safely. They did just that.

Great experience all around. My family and I traveled from mainland USA to Honolulu, heading to the Aulani. 4 adults plus 2 children that required a booster and a rear-facing car seat. The team at Luxury Limo was extremely accommodating and continually communicated through out the entire process. Getting a private Suburban was SO much better than being packed into a shuttle.  The cost difference was minimal as well ($50 or so). Our driver, David, was fantastic too: friendly, knowledgeable, and it was clear that safety was his top concern.  I was glad to learn he was our driver on the return trip to HNL. We’re so thankful we booked Luxury Limo Hawaii with Chen and his team for our wedding transportation services. We reserved (2) 2-hour windows (4 hours total) for transportation to the venue from the hotel in Waikiki and then for post-reception transportation from the venue back to Waikiki. We rented the 15-person shuttle bus thinking more people would be using the transportation with us. It actually ended up being only the bridal party in the bus which worked out since my ball gown dress was so big and poofy the only seat I fit on was the back of the shuttle. If we got a limo we would’ve been cramped. The shuttle picking us up from the hotel was on time (although we were behind a few minutes) but that’s ok since it was in our 2-hour window. Picking us up from the venue they were prompt and with only 3 of us left catching the shuttle at the end of the night we got back to Waikiki before midnight. The shuttle was spick and span, we appreciated the water and soft drinks (so refreshing after dancing all night!), and the blacked out curtains were perfect for hiding the bride before the wedding. Luxury Limo was great for my daughter's wedding day! Kainoa was our driver and he was early, had the limo nicely cooled for a very hot, humid day. The wedding was the same weekend as Hurricane Lane and Luxury Limo confirmed with us that they were still on schedule to take care of us, despite the bad weather. After researching a few different limo companies for my wedding, I finally decided upon Aaron and Lux Limo and I'm soooo glad that I did! He was able to accommodate everything I needed for my wedding day with multiple stops and rides at a very reasonable price! His responses were so prompt! I reserved two (7) person stretch limos which were so nice with plenty of room. His driver and he called the day prior and of to confirm pick-up which was so professional. He was so efficient and patient! At the end of the evening, we accidentally left a belonging in the trunk and he promptly called and brought the items right back to us too! On the way to the ceremony in Kaneohe from Kahala, Aaron took the scenic route via H3 which we were wondering about until we came to a portion of the mountains (that we were perfectly positioned for in the limo) which had waterfalls streaming down due to the rain! We were referred to this vendor via our wedding coordinator. Chen was very friendly and quick to respond back via email, whenever we had any questions or concerns during the booking process. The limo driver called and texted prior to arriving at our hotel for transport to our venue.

The limo was very clean, stocked with drinks and very spacious! There was a cool LED light display on the ceiling of the limo, which I was not expecting. He had cold drinks (soda & water), that was kept on ice. The ride to the venue was very smooth, the driver never made any harsh braking or sped to the venue.

As for the ride back, there was a different driver that arrived; he was from a different company who was helping our limo vendor with providing service. This ride was unfortunately, not as smooth as the Luxury Limo driver we had going to the event. This driver made harsh braking, it was a good thing we put seat belts on so we wouldn't slide around as much. There was no drinks / ice provided; which wasn't an issue, but showed the difference in companies and the quality of service.

If you're looking to arrive in style, go with this company. It's nice that they have multiple different vehicle styles available to choose from; town cars, limos, even party buses. The price for transportation was comparable to other limo services. But when it comes to quality; I place them at the top. More...

When we needed a car service for our wedding back in October, Luxury Limo Hawaii came highly recommended by a family member who works in the wedding industry. Chen was quick to respond to our inquiry and worked with us every step of the way to get the logistics of the big day taken care of, all within a reasonable price! We used Luxury Limo 3 times while on a family vacation, and we were very satisfied with the service. Driver was reliable, very pleasant. Only have great things to say about this Limo service. They were also very helpful when I had a parcel that needed to be picked up, but didn't have the time to go pick it up before going to the airport. Chen provided outstanding service for my wedding and is a true professional. They checked in with me hours before the wedding and provided updates leading up to the actual pickup time. First and foremost, I have to say that this is the best limo service I've ever had a chance to work with.I messed up our reservations for our 25th Anniversary but Chen was there for the rescue.  I had conversed with him from Seoul, S. Korea for a couple days before we arrived.  Got my dates wrong due to us coming from Korea and crossing the international date zone.  Turns out, my reservation was a day later than our arrival but Chen figured out how to take care of us in 'Gangnam style!'I can't say enough good about this company.  If you're considering others, don't.  Make your arrangements here and don't look back.UPDATED:  I hadn't thought too far in advance about our departure, so during our trip to the hotel from the airport, I had asked Chen if their service would be available for our return to the airport.  He was quite enthusiastic about supporting our needs.  So I sent him the pick-up details for our departure date and once again, he took extraordinary care of our needs.  I can't say enough good about this service.  We had a different driver for our final departure from the hotel and he was equally professional and fund to talk with on our way to the airport.  Next visit, we'll definitely make arrangements for their service.  They're everything I would have hoped for in a Luxury Limo Service, and then some!  The price is definitely higher than an Uber driver but if you want to get anwhere in style, this is the ONLY way to travel!! This past weekend my friends and I rode on the 15 passenger party bus.  I was so impressed with the exceptional service and how nice the bus was set up.  All my friends were happy and amazed!!! All of us felt as if what we paid was well worth it.  The sound system worked great.  You could play your own music or use the music they already had downloaded.  The bus came with ice, mixers, cups, napkins, and a fancy trash can built in the wall.  The chairs were set up nicely with tables with cup holders along with an open area in the back where you could stand or dance.  The driver sky was so friendly and accommodating.  He went way beyond in his service.  I will recommend this company to friends and use them again!
