Amazing gym with amazing trainers! 5 Stars all around! We have had the pleasure of working with Johan and personally getting to know Preston and we could not be more impressed or happy with the outcome. My son has been to many gyms, trained by many coaches and finally we found the home we have been looking for! This is a wonderful gym for everyone of all abilities. Everyone is extremly friendly and I felt very comfortable coming here. When I first started, I knew very minimal about self defense but after working with Branden I now know how to properly defend myself and got some of the best workouts I've ever had. Great place for anyone to get in shape and learn martial arts. There are evening and morning classes for everyone, as well as kids classes 3 nights a week. The gym is always clean, and the partners are always a pleasure to work with. The coaches always stick to techniques and concepts that will help you compete at the highest level, which is why the gym has been considered one of the best in the region for years. "A great place to train". My husband and I have been at multiple gyms in MN and the Jacksonville area: I have been a Ludus Lady for 2+ years, and my husband for over 5 years. Koach Billy is fantastic and he has a wonderful coaching and support staff. The fellow gym goers feel like family. Plus, the mats are always clean. I was looking for a boxing/kick boxing class and not just any cardio boxing class but one that would teach me true boxing techniques. I found Ludus MMA and a great group of coaches and members. I've been working with an awesome coach, Marque Woods for close to two years. I can't say enough good stuff about this gym and the staff. They are very skilled, professional and courteous. The coaches are capable of teaching anyone of any age who wants to learn. The kid's classes are phenomenal! The adult classes are wonderful. And the competition/pro classes are intense!! Billy, Preston, Josh, and the rest of Team Ludus helped me get down from 227lbs to 170lbs in 5 months and coached me through my first mma victory. I'm 41!!
