What makes a great website?
It all depends on what you need the website to do. It is the best 24/7 salesperson you will ever hire. A great website will do what you need it to do. For many, the website should help solve a problem for the visitor. It probably the reason they landed on your site in the first place.
Make the design easy for the user. Don't make them think. It should be intuitive with clear calls to action.
Also, sometimes the best design does not offer the best user experience--there needs to be a good balance.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What type of business do you have? Is it brick and mortar or do you provide a service?
Describe why someone would buy from you.
Do you have a sales process? What is it?
What type of audience do you target?
What marketing (online and offline) have you done in the past? How did it go?
Do you have a budget in mind?
These are starting points. We can take many tangents off of these.

We started LTR Digital Group in 2013. We knew there was a better way to take care of clients than what was happening at the agency we were at at the time.
