What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We are Enrolled Agent with IRS: Tax Preparations, Tax Matters Representation before IRS, such as Tax Liens, Tax Levies, Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Partial Installments Agreements, Tax Planning and Tax Resolutions.
Please be careful who you trust to file your taxes - this may come back to you down the road. Remember- no matter WHO did your taxes - YOU are the responsible party. Once you sign that Tax Return you pretty much declare that "everything that is in here it is correct at the best of my knowledge and a sign off on it".
Off-Site Bookkeeping, Write Up, and Accounting Services.
This will include the following services:
Payroll (ours or will work with your Payroll Company if you already have one)
Accounts Payable
Bill Payment (prepare the checks, mail them out to you to sign and mail out, or we pay directly)
Prepare Forms 1099 Misc. at year end
Accounts Receivables
Monthly Bank and Credit Cards Reconciliation
Make any ajusted entries as needed
Sales Tax Prepartion and Filing with the State
Workers Compensation Reports
Provide with a monthly company financial (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and any other reports as needed)

Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
We believe that every single business can be successful, but a business owner needs to wear many hats, and the financial hat may not be one of the owner's strengths. But that is Ok, because if we ask us to draw a picture or cook a meal, we would probably do a very bad job, because that is not what we do - we do numbers, taxes and accounting.

I LOVE crunching numbers, I LOVE to read and find new knowledge. That is just who I am, I truly believe that knowledge is POWER
As a matter of fact, if anyone reads a sweet novel at night before going to sleep - I read the IRS manual and Tax Law - just because I like it!
Sorry, I do not have all that fancy speech about "helping the poor, it is my calling and so forth" , I am bold and straight forward
What inspired you to start your own business?
Love for freedom and independence.
It is short and straight forward. I do not have an inspiring speech - I crunch numbers for a living, and that is who I am.
Why should our clients choose you?
My biggest strength - knowledge, and I am confident about this and about me doing a great job.
Second - we DO care about our clients and will keep VERY close communication with them, and be on top of things.
It is amazing how many times, when I ask our clients why did they decide to switch accountant, I hear "I didn't feel like s/he kept good communication with me, I do not know what has been done or not, I feel out of the loop" - that is not our case! Sometimes you will actually get tired of us and our e-mails, we do keep in touch a lot, and also ask questions when we do not - we do NOT assume and throw all your transactions into "Owner's Draw" - you will actually have to tell us what you spent the money on, so we know where to throw it into.
