I’ve been here 3-4 times and this was absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. First off she’s never on time and if your late most of these black owned businesses will tag on a late fee so be professional as you would want your client to be. It hasn’t even been 24hrs and 4 of my nails are broken off then I told her I was cold she never turned on the heat until the next client came in and I was on my way out the door. I try my best to shop with my kind but it’s extremely hard when you pay your money and not satisfied with the outcome. I feel like if you have to make an appointment but the owner is not there at the appointment time it’s time to shop somewhere else. I spent $80 on a pedicure and a full gel set and 4 of my nails are broken I’m pissed. I called her to let her know that 4 of my nails were broken and she never said ok come into the shop so I can fix them she ignored every text. Unprofessional and I’ll never spend money here again.
