The hubs and I completed the 6 week challenge at Lookout Fitness and really enjoyed our time at the gym. The coaches were super supportive & very good about giving scaled down options without making us feel like we weren't capable of completeing the work out. The six week challenge was the first time I had actually set foot in a gym since high school. I had avoided gyms because I did not think I was a "gym person" and viewed the six week challenge as an attempt to kick start a healthier life style. Over the course of the six weeks challenge the instructors and members of look out fitness proved wrong, I am a gym person. Due to my erratic work schedule I had the benefit of taking a classes at different times each week getting to work with five different iinstructors. Each instructor was just as friendly, informative, and helpful as the last and take the time to invest intrest in each individual during the work out wether it's making sure you've got the movement down right, or cheering you on. Its not just the instructors that make Lookout Fitness great it's all the members who foster a positive and supportive atmosphere which made the experience all the more enjoyable. More...

I have gained so much more than weight loss in the 6 week challenge. The pounds might not have fallen off BUT my body has changed. Clothes fit differently (in some cases that means they actually fit), I feel better (don't have the aches and pains I had before...aside from the occasional soreness that follows a million thrusters ) and more importantly I'm proud of myself for sticking with it! I started at the bottom and I've got a LONG way to go. I can't thank the coaches enough for your encouragement and patience over the 6 week challenge. I LOVE Lookout Fitness, more than any other gym I've ever been to. The coaches Casey, Z, and Brooks are great - so fun and attentive. The workouts are hard, but really good, and different every time. The coaches pause the music to explain exactly how to do each movement, so no one gets hurt, and they help people modify the workout as needed. Took the six week challenge and it was a great experience. Trainers did a great job of going over all movements and would give advice during the workouts to ensure everyone kept good form. Joining lookout fitness 6 week challenge was definitely the best decision I made. I had a hard time getting back into fitness due to an injury, but everyone at lookout is very supportive you work as a team and everyone motivates each other. The trainers care so much about your progress and are there for you the hole time. I just completed the 6 week challenge on Monday May 13th. I began in April, and I Love the atmosphere at this place! Firstly, let me say I love Clay Evans, trainers Coach Manzurakhon Talipova, Coach Casey Baxter, Grace, and Cannon, Jordan — all of the other trainers? Every trainer at this facility is absolutely Awesome! Secondly, the fitness regimen and exercises can be modified for each member, if need be. These trainers care about your health and well-being, and it’s evident when interacting with them. They encourage and motivate from start to finish every step of the way. I was so surprised and inspired when Coach Casey told me I exceeded my goal in losing 8% body fat. This challenge has changed me in every area of my life! I will be back, because I have to mention how great the other members are too. Everyone realizes that we are in this together striving to reach our goals! If you are trying to make long term fitness goals and healthy eating habits a priority in your life I highly recommend checking out Lookout Fitness. The staff and members are so supportive and welcoming. I just finished the 6 week challenge and feel amazing, both mentally and physically. The workouts are challenging and I never got bored. I really appreciate the focus on form and safety. I have an old injury so feeling like I’m working out safely and can trust my coach is very important to me. The coaches always offered modifications when needed and checked in with me. I haven’t been to any other gym where nutrition was a main point of focus. The diet is strict, but totally worth it. After two weeks I felt a major difference in my mood and energy level. If you get bored with the meal plan or are having cravings there is a recipe book that is a life saver. Trust the plan! A few tools that really worked for me in the area of accountability were the app that is used to reserve classes, the monetary incentive to follow through( You put down a deposit which is returned or applied to a membership upon completion of the challenge/ meeting your goal.), and the weekly weigh in with coach Casey. This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve been to many gyms and pushed myself in runs too for fitness but have never been able to get a good overall nutrition and fitness plan. Only Lookout Fitness has helped me to accomplish that. From finding a lean baseline and losing 30 pounds and about 8% body fat in 6 weeks, to maintaining and gaining muscle. And the whole time being in a small group of new friends instead of a typical gym. I highly recommend to try it out. If you do the 6 week challenge and make your goals, it’s free. If you want a gym that actually TRAINS you and prepares you for each workout, then this is the place for you! Casey, Z, Emma, Brooks, and Clay have all been extremely positive and motivating. The members of the gym are all very kind and cheer you on when you’re just about ready to drop from exhaustion. I completed the 6 week challenge and made some surprising gains! This is definitely the type of gym that you’re excited to go to instead of dreading it. I strongly dislike mornings, but the 6:30 am workouts made me have more Energy for my day and it ended up working the best for me. With that said, they have several times that will accommodate most schedules. and if you’re concerned that you are not “up to par” then allow me to challenge you - they will work with you at whatever “level” you are at. Lookout Fitness is amazing! Every single one of the coaches really cares about you and makes modifications in the exercises if you need that. They push and encourage you to do your best, comparing you to no one but yourself. The nutrition plan is extremely helpful and works well with the exercise as you are never hungry.
