My experience with Lone Star was HORRIBLE! They showed up hours late to my daughter’s wedding with cold, inedible food that was far from what we paid for. The owners refuse to refund or make any restitution. At least 2 of the reviews on this site are from the owners. Got to be bad if you have to write your own reviews! Stay away from this fraudulent business! The one star is only because you have to rate something. They don’t deserve even that! More...

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Discussing their wedding or event feel/theme, finding out their wants, and likes. It is also important to know the group that will be eating the food - if they are healthier, prefer down home cooking, and more traditional options. Then menu's are custom written to meet their needs. Getting to know our clients is important - it helps us meet their's and their guests needs.
