I used this salon for my son’s wedding which was at the Biltmore this past July. I’ve always wanted to write a letter to let you know how happy I was with my hair and makeup. I live in Delaware and this salon was recommended to me by the person who owned the Airbnb in which we were staying. As someone new to Asheville, I was very nervous to find a new hair stylist, based off reviews, I decided to give Lola Salon a try. Upon arrival I was offered a complimentary beverage while I waited for my stylist.From the moment I met Amy, she made me feel comfortable, I knew I was in good hands. She started with a thorough consultation ( which I was very grateful for ) we went over my wants / concerns, then started the coloring process, Amy took the time to really care for my hair and blend the balayage so that it looked natural and regrowth wouldn't be an issue. Yesterday was my second time seeing Amy and again the experience was delightful, I left the salon looking and feeling better than when I arrived. When we chose Lola salon, we did not realize how lucky we would be to have Liz and Brit’s professionalism and skill to transform everyone into feeling like the most confident, beautiful versions of themselves. We had six people in our wedding party, and no one was rushed through the process. Each hairstyle was impeccably finished to look effortless and glamorous. Liz and Brit were on time, easy going, and had a great personality that made everyone feel special. Their ability to communicate with each member of the wedding party to make sure they felt comfortable was so appreciated. Everyone looked so wonderful and age-appropriate. Tried out this salon based on their reviews and I couldn't be happier! Jennifer did a Brazilian blowout for me and was really informative about the whole process since it was my first one, she was able to answer any questions I had easily. Also, she pointed out my dead ends and saw the instant fear in my eyes and was super kind about it. She never pushed to cut them, but to just think about it, which I really appreciated! I've been going to Destonie for about 6 months now and she's amazing! She does spectacular work with colors and is super fun to talk to as well. Definitely the best hair cuts I've ever had have been done by her. The overall vibe of the salon is friendly and welcoming. Pricing isn't too bad and it's definitely worth it! I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone looking to find a new hair stylist. 10/10 More...

I had such a great experience using Lola for my wedding party hair! We had nine people getting hair done so they scheduled three stylists to come to the hotel where we were getting ready. Lola did an AMAZING job on everyone's hair for our wedding. Danielle did my hair trial and day of hair styling, and she knocked it out of the park even with my complicated hair piece! Jesslyn worked on a few of the other girls and really made everyone look so great. Everyone at the salon was so nice and laid back. The team came to the venue on wedding day, and they were able to give great suggestions to everyone's hair to coordinate with their different dresses. It all looked beautiful together. I was so happy with Lola's! We had them come out to our venue, and I'm so glad we did! It was so relaxing to sip cocktails, put on a playlist and let the stylists at Lola's work their magic. Lola was great to work with since my initial email inquiring about availability. Karen made a trip out to Fairview to do my makeup along with my now-wife and both of our moms. She was FANTASTIC! She has a wonderful personality! None of us really had an idea of what we want, but she talked with each of us, saw what we were going to wear, and made us all look amazing!
