We saw many good reviews on this place and wanted to check it out! We ordered the grilled chicken with salad and rice. We also ordered the ramen burger. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. The salad was kind of sad though. The ramen burger was an interesting idea and wasn't terrible, but the meat patty itself was questionable. Not a fresh patty for sure! The friendly service made up for the few items on the menu thst fell short. They were very nice and helpful when ordering as a first timer. I love L&L's food and this location does not disappoint. Though a smaller location with limited seating (yes they are consistently busy) the food and service is worth the wait. I've always had good food, whether taking to go or dining in. The staff seem to be happy all the time and ready to assist you. The chicken katsu plate is definitely a must try. Tried this place for the first time ever on Friday during a Luau party they were having. I was disappointed to find that there were no alcoholic beverages. .. no tropical beverages at this Luau. But the Mom and Pop vibe won me over, and the food was delicious and flavorful. Food was amazing, tasted just like what the island has too offer. Staff was AMAZING, especially Wica. Upon arrival we ordered and sat at a booth. Id been battling a migraine for two days, so as we waited, I placed my head down on the table. A few minutes later Wica approaches and apologizing for the delay which she thought was the reason I feel "asleep". I kindly let her know of my migraine and she offered me some motrin. I accepted. We sat there oh so deliciously enjoying our meal, when she then comes back with a small bag of ice wrapped in brown tissue. She hands it to me with instructions to place it on the back of my neck, needless to say it felt SO good. I tell y'all the TRUE Aloha Spirit fills that establishment.
