What is transformational leadership coaching? It's a dynamic and personalized process that enables clients to take stress, anxiety, fear, confusion, chaos, and overwhelm--and shift these experiences into learning, action, wisdom, and satisfaction.

I work with middle-aged professional men and women to overcome behaviors that are holding them back like people-pleasing, approval seeking, and conflict avoidance. I help them develop courageous authenticity to do and say what they want to, and to say “no” to what they don’t want. I offer a special personal growth program to help people have less drama and more joy with the prickly person at their work or in their life. I help my clients establish and honor wise boundaries in order to take back control of their lives.

My clients experience reduced stress and anxiety by taking skilled, wise, compassionate and courageously authentic action in the world.
