When my wife and I were expecting our first child together we had an unfortunate snag in our plans when we weren't able to immediately move to a larger apartment. Beyond Design Interiors was suggested to us by a friend to help us maximize our space and provide an end result we would be happy with. As I write this I can without an doubt say that she was right! The before and after pictures say it all! Lindsay transformed our apartment while making the process seamless and fun. After one site visit and a few inspirational photos, Lindsay immediately understood our style and was able to create a space that was comfy, polished, and also kid-friendly. Lindsay is incredibly resourceful and a pleasure to work with. She assisted me in revamping my living space and master bedroom. I was initially very overwhelmed with making choices and narrowing down concept and furniture, but Lindsay made the editing and creative process easy and enjoyable. She made my kid centric apartment transform in to a child friendly yet stylish and adult centric space. Even her simple ideas of moving furniture placement made the space transform. in terms of my bedroom, it was a mis mosh of furniture and clutter. At Get Decorated we believe a productive and dynamic space is born via a method of exploration, brainstorming, processing and filtering. This proven interior design process includes the following phases:
1) Understanding our client's goals
2) Design and Development - create a space with purpose, space planning
3) Shopping and execution
4) Project management
5) Transform our client's vision into a unique design plan
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
Interior Design is a personal process so at Get Decorated, we cater to any and all aesthetic preferences. While most of out projects are centered around a contemporary theme, we are happy to work with traditional or eclectic clients.
What do you love most about your job?
The smile I see on the faces of my clients at the end of the project! There is no better feeling of achievement than turning a house into a home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Entrepreneurship has always been a goal of mine. Working for yourself means being able to help our customers and clients personally on an individual basis, which is one of the top benefits of owning a small business.

Most commonly, interior designers primarily focus on meeting a client’s aesthetic and functional needs. At Get Decorated, we expand the focus to include environmental considerations and overall human well-being.
