The limousine club was amazing. From the booking experience to the limo ride. Five stars. The driver sent a picture a couple days before, he was early and helped us load everything up. Limo was clean, cool, and loaded with champs and water. They took care of us the whole time and would recommend them again and again.  The driver, GW was super nice, funny and was just overall added to the experience. If you need a Limo use this company!!!  and if you can Get GW he is the best!!  I had a limo ordered for my daughters wedding and at the rehearsal the photographer informed me that they needed to be down town by 11:  that was an hour before I ordered the limo. ...YIKES. Made my reservations with Kristen. She was very polite and professional.  Provided me with recommendations for wineries.  She made the planning of my trip seamless.  Great ride and service with our driver, G.W.  Arrived before our scheduled time. Made sure we were well taken care of.  The only downside of the limo is that when it started to rain, the roof of the limo leaked in two different areas and two of my guests got wet.  We had to stuff the seal with napkins to stop the dripping. All my friends call me Limoguy, because I am constantly booking a limo for some event or another. My Limo service of choice is Limousine Club. I have consistently  found them to be punctual, professional, and a great value. I have used their service for birthdays, proms, sporting events, and my favorite, wine tasting. I recently saw a negative review, and cannot imagine what transpired, as I have always enjoyed a great experience. Oh my what a wonderful experience Josh our Driver rolled out the red carpet . Jason took care of us as well . The vehicle was clean a newer model with safety belts . Just a Class act . For those of you who care about customer service and safety pay a little extra for the safety and service of this incredible limo service . No Uber's  or Lifts for  this gal . I want to know I'm safe and when I am going to get picked up . Truly a full service company my friends and I will be using in the future . You just can't put a price on safety . Yesssssssss!!! A group of my high school friends/soccer teammates and I traveled to meet up in Sac for the Def Leppard/Journey concert. One friend hired a limo and driver for our pre-concert stops. We all agree that James, our driver, was phenomenal! He was on time, courteous, proactive, helpful, funny, engaging and would clearly communicate times and locations of pick-up, based on our schedule.I highly recommend this service and commend them for hiring such a fabulous driver. This company is now under new ownership and WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My opinion of this company has definitely changed since our last encounter with them. Our driver Joe was super friendly and accommodating. He was on time, extremely kind, and made sure the entire time that we were well taken care of and had everything we needed. From the start, the lady on the phone was super nice, and I could tell she was giving us a great deal. Our driver was amazing. 5 stars is not enough! I love these guys and will definitely recommend them to everyone i know, and We will most definitely be using them again in the future. .. We Went for the Christmas light tour last night and it was amazing! The car was awesome, and the overall atmosphere was really comfortable... we loved our driver, he was a super cool guy, and he made the experience all the more better! Called last minute for a limo service to Napa and the company was so accommodating. Our driver was Cy and he completely made our trip, I've never come across such good customer service. The party van was so clean and looked brand new which is a plus because I've been in limos before that were disgusting. I have used Limoclub for a number of years for everything from standard airport pickup and return to dinner with a group of 10 family members.   Jason and Kristin are very responsive to detail and all of the drivers are pros at what they do.   Today however was over the top great.   James was went above and beyond standard service during our trip to Sonoma raceway for Nascar today.   He found a fantastic parking spot to hide the car I'm guessing so we literally walked out, he was there,  and we were off and ahead of traffic.   I highly recommend Limoclub, James is top notch and I am also a big fan of Joe for my airport runs.   Great job today James. A great limo service in the Sacramento Area - writing two reviews, since we had separate drivers on our wedding day (early and late - both were great). James was our driver from home to church to reception and did a great job; everything you'd expect on your big day.  He arrived early, let us know he was here and waited for us. Limo was very clean and well stocked with water.  Got all of us to the church on time, waited with my bride in the limo until her time to come into the church, and then got us to the reception quickly.  Even the complimentary champagne was good - a pleasant surprise.  Very courteous, took care of a change to our reservation for the late return trip and even took a nice picture for us with the limo (and texted it to me) the next day.Second review.  We had a second trip, home from the reception, again all went great.  Tom was our late evening driver, arrived ahead of schedule, called to let me know his ETA and then let us know he was there and ready to go.  When it was time to head home, he helped us get everything from the reception to the car and we had a smooth ride home. Again, very courteous and a nice end to a great day.When you pick a limo service you want one that is reliable, with professional and courteous drivers, clean cars, flexible in your scheduling, and arrives on time.  That's what we got with Limousine Club start to finish - thank you Jason and Kristen! We had a great experience with Limousine club! James our driver was early to pick us up, had Champagne flowing and helped us put all of our items in the car. We had a smooth and safe ride to our event. James was our driver for the night and a phone call away if we needed him for anything. Recently hired the Limousine Club for an Amador County Wine Tasting tour to celebrate our Granddaughter's 21st birthday.  These guys were great and very reasonably priced.  We had a party of 14.  The limo was clean, well stocked and comfortable and had a large Happy Birthday banner on the side with our Granddaughter's name. She was pleased! Our driver, Al, was great.  He showed up promptly at 10 am, keep us on time at all our scheduled wineries (which wasn't easy with 14 wine drinkers!), and was friendly, courteous, and fun.  Al even cleaned and restocked the limo at each stop with fresh glasses and plenty of cold waters.  We initially received quotes  from 4 limousine services in Sacramento, but after receiving the Limousine Club's quote and talking with Kristen and Jason, we knew we had found the one.  Their customer service is wonderful. We even had to make a last minute revision to our itinerary and they graciously adjusted down the cost of the limo to accommodate the change.  Very pleased with their service and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. This company was outstanding!  We surprised a friend for her birthday.  We had two different drivers for two separate days.  Both drivers were courteous, professional and fun.  The limos were clean and stocked with champagne and water.  The price was reasonable as well  and we will absolutely use this company again.  It's nice to not have to worry about driving and just be able to enjoy the time with friends and family.  Thank you! Planned a proposal/wine tour trip through these guys and couldn't have been happier with the itinerary. Kristen was awesome and scheduled appointments with all the tasting rooms because we had a larger group and Greg did an awesome job keeping us corralled and somewhat on schedule on the day of. (no easy task with a group of 14) I really want to give 5 stars because of the experience but there seemed to have been a mix up with how much time we had reserved the limo for. I was told initially I had payed for 6 hours of time and we ended up getting dropped off after 5 hours. While not a huge ordeal this did make us about an hour early for our dinner reservation so we had to do our best to kill an hour before dinner. I have reached out to Kristen on this matter but have yet to receive a response. The other issue was on a couple of the tasting rooms I was told the winery's would need a credit card on file for a reservation of our size. The tasting rooms ended up charging my card before hand for all 14 tastings and then on the day of (unknown to me) told all my guest that the tasting had already been paid for, so I ended up paying for all the tasting myself. Again not a huge deal and possibly not even limo clubs fault but just some confusion that could have been cleared up with better communication before hand.Update: within minutes after my initial post Jason called me back to clear up all the confusion and I was given credit for the shorted hour.
