Our experience with Genesis Limo was great for our twelve person family commute from Disneyland to Universal Studios and back again. Communication was easy and both drivers were very professional and helpful. Our booking was super last minute, but they were able to help accommodate our times for drop off and pick-up, without any trouble. The van we reserved was luxurious and clean, with all of the amenities you’d expect to see in a limousine, and perfect for a family splurge to make extra memories to and from the parks while jamming out to some music, or putting on some cartoons for the kiddos. I shopped around for the best rate and Mike has the best rate in town. He was also very helpful, patient and nice. I had a ton of questions since I had never used a limo service before. Rented a limo for my 50th birthday. The limo had a happy birthday banner and balloons inside (provided by Mike) Sodas, water, ice and cups. Our driver Donnie was on time and kept in touch via text during our night. He also drove us around at the end of the night to make sure I got my money's worth. Bluetooth was available inside the limo....so it was a party the whole time!!!! More...

I was pretty impressed. I live in Hunginton and saw them online. They had a nice website that was easy to use.I called and someone answered the phone quickly. sent me a confirmation right away.the price was really competitive and i was maybe expecting a little less from the company because general rule of thumbs is that you usually pay for what you get.I needed a pick up in the morning and they were there on time and the car was clean and stocked. like i said i wasnt expecting such good service just because theyre rate was good, but i figured i didnt care if service was too good just considering i needed a ride to the airport.oh yeah when i got the email shortly after i got a friend on facebook from them were i guess they have coupons and specials??but yeah and they sent me a thank you letter after i used there service too.Dude i was really surprised all that effort for my simple little ride to the airport. I guess they want there customers to return, which i praise them for Ill definently be calling them again for future needs. its good to stick with companies that you like that take care of you instead of always jumping around not knowing what youll get. anyways More...
