Scott and Gina came up to Cincinnati on a cold windy day to do our engagement pictures. Although it was cold and windy, they made sure to keep us comfortable on our riverfront walk. They're very professional and also very nice. My fiance wasn't too excited to take pictures, but eventually Scott and Gina got him to break out of his stubborn shell and get some pictures he would enjoy too. They got all the shots I wanted and more. I can't wait for them to photograph my wedding on Halloween this year because I know they're the right decision for a photographer and for the right price. So far I've had an engagement session with Scott & Gina and they are going to do my wedding in October as well. They are awesome and make you feel relaxed during every step. My fiance and I had never done a shoot before, but they made it fun and we love the pictures. They are great about responding quickly and have been quick for any edits to photos I wanted. Scott and Gina did an engagement session for us in November of last year and then did our wedding photos December 20th of 2014. They are professional, fun and the photos are amazing!! My now husband and I, as well as, our families and friends have loved every single picture! I can't say enough great things about them and their photos! They really customize the photos to fit you which made the photos even more special. I highly recommend them for any photography needs! I have known Gina & Scott of Life Art Photography for 2 years and in that time I have commissioned them to do both a Trash The Dress photo shoot and a Couples photo shoot for me! We went to a waterfall and creek for the Trash The Dress session and it was very fun and the photo's turned out perfect! The couples session was done in Lexington KY at the Arboretum and they made sure that we were each comfortable and the photos would not turn out "posed" and "fake" which again, made the session a fun experience and made for some beautiful photos! Both Gina and Scott have different styles of the photo's they want to take and editing which makes for a great mix of different photography/editing styles and I absolutely LOVE that! LifeArt photography staff provided quality, responsiveness, professionalism, value, and flexibility!! We got a taste of their skills with a FREE engagement session after booking them for our wedding. The quality of the pictures for our engagement shots were beautiful and the variety of shot - different locations and positions - were perfect. Either Scott or Gina responded to e-mail in a timely manner and offered a welcome atmosphere for questions and needs. The cost of the services was amazing for allllll that this dynamic photography couple provide - we cannot wait to see our wedding pics!! the sneak peak of 6 pics was NOT ENOUGH!!! although as they were timely with the return of the engagement shots we are patiently waiting for the wedding shots. Flexbility was present as evident their ability to adapt to the needs of the bridal party - rather than meeting at the venue, the photographers met at the hotel while we got ready - this was decided w/in two weeks of the wedding - no question or problem by the photographers, simply, "yes, we want the story of your wedding day" and they were there!! What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Getting to know your client and what they like first and foremost. Secondly, knowing your equipment and how to use it and having the experience, especially with wedding photography. An inexperienced photographer on your wedding day is a recipe for disaster.
What do you love most about your job?
Making someone’s wedding day the best day of their life. Helping the couple focus on their love and romance of the day and taking away any stress that might arise, is what we strive to do each and every wedding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My husband and I love photography and being a part of such a special day in a couple’s life. It reminds us each and every time of the love we share.
