I had been going to the same trainer, religiously, for years and years. I experienced huge gains both in physique and strength. I truly believed that I couldn’t get any better, until I wandered into Levels. Full disclosure, I’m a certified CPT through NASM and was convinced I possessed a vast knowledge about training. Sweets has introduced me to entirely new world of functional training and I’m not too proud to admit that under his direction I’ve gotten better, not only in physique and strength, but from a cardiovascular perspective as well. Killer work out. I’ve gone only to the am classes but it’s usually pretty small with individualized training to meet your needs and fitness level that day. Definitely sore for a week after my first class but now I’m seeing a difference as I continue to go. More...

Clean and inviting environment. The classes are challenging but the instructors are very helpful and encouraging. Leg days will never be the same!
