Good food, great service. Megan was an excellent waitress. First time there, will be back.

Really nice staff, always keep the tea pot full, food turned out great.
Just wished the waffle had been softer and I should've asked for hash browns, instead of diced potatoes.
Too bad they don't do dinner.

Le Peep has been a local favorite for us. Sadly the number of stores have slowly diminished over time. Ten years ago there were 4 nearby locations, today there is only one, reviewed here:After a minor renovation the work flow is better and the food just as great. The staff are professional and helpful. The special coffee and breakfast drink mixes are nice.It is good to come a bit closer to closing time as the popularity makes the peak hours a bit heavy, but the service is still good. The Belgian Waffle Combo and The Eighteen Wheeler provide a good cross-section of the kitchen's skills. Items are fresh and options and selections numerous. The only issue would be portion consistency. Discrepancies at the same meal with similar orders happen occasionally. Prices are very good given the quality, range of menu, and overall preparation. Outstanding staff. More...

My husband and I visited on a busy Sunday for brunch. We were seated promptly, and we were excited to see the long latte menu, which sets them apart from traditional breakfast joints that just serve coffee. I got a caramel latte and a vegetarian eggs benedict, both were delicious. I loved the cream cheese on the eggs benny, it was perfect. My husbands got a cinnamon roll latte, and it was definitely too sweet though. Over all, great food! More...

My favorite Breakfast place of all time! I have seen this place go through menu changes and all new staff but it stays consistently good. The food is simply quality and the service is always good. The country fried steak and eggs, Belgium waffle, breakfast burrito(GIANT), and all of their skillets are really good! Ask for crispy peasant potatoes! More...

We have been going to Le Peep for the best breakfast fare in Lenexa for years, and have never had a bad experience. The food is fresh, tasty, original dishes with that home cooked flavor and huge portions, as well as lighter options. The staff treats you like family, every visit. The dining room is warm, airy and comfortable, and the upstairs is an experience to remember. We always find our visits offer consistent, quality food with genuinely friendly and highly efficient service. More...

My food is always hot and ready. The staff are friendly. LePeep has really nice character to the restaurant with outdoor seating options pending on the weather. This is my Saturday morning solo go to spot. More...

I definitely like Le Peep as a choice for breakfast. However, there are other places in town that have cheaper breakfast food, and Le Peep isn't beating them on flavor or service, so I don't frequent here. The layout / atmosphere is cozier than other diners in my opinion. More...

Never had a bad meal or poor service. Hubs and I have been coming here for years and probably won't ever stop: food is incredible and prices reasonable, staff courteous, helpful and very funny (always a plus with us) and outside of the sometimes lengthy wait time (they're a very popular place can't be mad at em) I have nothing but good things to say about Le Peep. Ask anyone this place is AMAZING. (Pictures: I had them and chocolate chips to my Belgian waffle because I was feeling reckless; the drink is arguably the best iced chai I've ever had) More...

We moved here in 2016, to this day this is still our preferred breakfast/bunch place. Everything we have tried has been delicious. You MUST try the 18 wheeler and the Chicken Fried Chicken. Call ahead as sometimes waiting times can get a bit long. More...

Have loved this place for years. The decor hasn’t changed in ages, and that’s part of the charm. It’s not fancy, but it’s not downmarket, either. Just a normal place to get a tasty brunch on a Wednesday at 11. More...

I've been here a couple times and Le Peep never disappoints. It's nothing to write home about, but it's always consistent. I met my mom here for breakfast most recently. I thought she would like the unique building, almost like an original Mimi's Cafe (Do those still exist?!?!). The service was adequate. Not out of this world, but also not lacking. You get a carafe of water when you sit down, so it's a little easier to ignore the customer. We both like our mochas, so I asked if they had a Mexican mocha. The server had no idea what I was talking about, so I settled for a cinnamon mocha. When she brought it out she joked with me that I could add Tabasco to it. She had that personal touch, which was nice.

This time around I ordered the 18 wheeler with french toast, potatoes, eggs over medium, and their turkey sausage. Don't pass up the Turkey Sausage. It is the best I've ever had. I kid you not. I asked the waitress at the location on College and Metcalf (RIP) how they found it and she said they tried dozens of different turkey sausages before landing on this one. It is good. Real Good. My mom got the French toast with their special apples. I don't remember what they called them, something like Granny's Zingy Apples. It was trademarked, and for good reason. Those apples were incredible. Highly recommend.

I took off a star because it was stuffy and warm and I always seem to get the sweats when I go there.

Prices were about average. The 18 wheeler was $10+. French Toast was $8. All together our meal for two fancy coffees, two meals (I think my mom added an egg), was $35. A bit pricey for breakfast, but delicious nonetheless.

Best eggs Benedict in town. Best gravy, can anyone tell me why restaurants think you have to add extra stuff to their sausage gravy. Love love their customer service

An absolutely delightful place for early morning breakfast or a late brunch. They have a varied and full menu with something to please everyone's taste. The juice menu is a favorite complete with chilled frosted glasses and carafe. All the omelettes are first class. I like the Colorado. My friend usually has the chicken fried steak. Locally owned by a great family that cares about its business. It's been around for years and there's a reason. It's GOOD! More...

We used to think their prices were rather high, but they haven't increased their prices as much as most other restaurants. The service is incredible, and they are willing to fix items for my special diets. Just wished I were a breakfast person. More...
