After the first contractor bailed I wasn't sure where to turn. I was given Larry Conzelman's name as a referral from my painter. I had a lot of work to be done and Larry did an amazing job. I have called him back for other small jobs. He seems to be able to do anything you need. I would highly recommend Larry for your projects. Although Larry calls himself a handyman he is actually a licensed contractor. I checked his license and he is in good standing. Larry came highly recommended by my painter initially to fix dry rot on my patio cover. He did such a good job and can basically do anything that he ended up doing projects for the next 2 months. He installed a new door, remodeled two bathrooms  including install of new tub. Tile work was done by one of his regulars who did a fantastic and meticulous job. We called Larry to see about repairing a disintegrating tile shower. He was prompt in returning our call and scheduling an appointment for an estimate, and was pleasant and professional throughout the project. The damage from the leaking under this shower was extensive, but Larry repaired it solidly and he and his team did an outstanding job of installing new tile. We have ceiling to floor sliding wardrobe mirrors that need new rollers...Larry was kind enough to work us into his busy schedule because he understood we could not open the closet!  He brought his worker Jesus with him, and the two got these HUGE doors out, drove some distance for replacement parts, and had the job finished this morning!  He gets 5 stars for service, workmanship, and attitude...I feel I've found gold in my very own neighborhood!   Should also mention that his fees are more than fair!!!! Larry is great! I saw his truck parked on my street and called to see what it would cost to do a few odd jobs around my home. His assistant gave me a price for the job and then Larry quoted me on the additional tasks when he came to my home. He is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have even had Larry come out to my office to work on projects there. Due to disabling illness, we needed to convert down bath to handicapped accessible ASAP.
Larry rearranged his schedule and got the job completed within 48 hours during Xmas/NewYears week.

Removed glass shower doors and packaged them for future use; installed 3 grab bars; installed handheld shower head with shutoff valve. $605 + Material.

To convert office into a bedroom, Larry rearranged all furniture; removed large bookcase, packed books and took them to Library for donation. $195.00.

LC Handyman is one of the very few Handyman Services that has an office staff to answer the phone and schedule jobs while Larry is on jobs. Too many handymen use their personal cellphone, which is useless when they are in a "dead zone" or too busy to answer it.
