I wouldn't recommend Matt Sossi for anything he will leave you broke ive been working with him for 3 years now nothing but excuse after excuse I have seen him go in the hall hugging and making deals with the opposing attorney my ex had an affair with a registered sex offender I have lost everything with the deals that matt sossi has made behind my back not trustworthy at all not reliable he meet me at the jail house for payment to represent me in a separate case also told me he would pay for me to see my kids matt sossi is not the attorney that you want unless you want to lose everything ill be reporting him to the bar he's already has one strike against him I wish I did my research first before hiring him just to give everything I ever worked hard for and everything I've ever loved away from me I'm not writing this in anger i writing this to worn everyone looking for an attorney matt sossi is not here to help

This is some place I never wanted to be. I never wanted to be sitting in a law office discussing the custody of a child. But, one day, I found myself doing just that. I was scared, nervous, and in shock. Mr. Sossi put me instantly at ease. He talked to me about my options, and helped me find the best soution. He worked to reach a settlement with the other party instantly. When the other party backed out of the settlement, Mr. Sossi's years of experience became my life line. When I began to wonder if I was making the right decision, he stopped me and told me I was. Then, he told me, "If you're being unreasonable, I'll let you know." He has no problems giving me his opinion. He tells you like it is, even when you don't want to hear it. Listen. A good lawyer will tell you when you're not acting in your child's best interest.He can be hard to get in touch with when it comes to less important. For that, a star got knocked off. However, every time I've requested a face to face meeting, I've gotten one, FAST. If I'm in situation that requires an instant response, I get one. Bottomline... If you want to settle out of court, or if you end up in court, Mr. Sossi will fight for you with all he's got. He's a great lawyer in and out of the court room. I hope to never be in this situation again, but should I fine myself there, I will be going to Mr. Sossi again. More...

Mr. Sossi is an extraordinary lawyer as well as an honorable man. My wife and I arrived in Texas over the holidays when my son was not returned from his scheduled visitation. On a moment's notice Mr. Sossi took our case, determined the most appropriate and timely strategy, and within days had our son back and our family on the plane....over the holidays! The greatest thing my wife and I can attest to is how in our time of need, with the fear of the unknown, Mr. Sossi was there for us.
