Chef Laura and her staff are truly amazing and first class all the way. I worked with Laura to cater our annual HOA community party. She is enthusiastic, creative & a true pleasure to work with. Laura and her team did a wonderful job catering a Bridal Shower for us. Greeting guests with a flutes of Champagne as they arrived to the meticulous cleanup job they performed was truly perfection. We chose to have a personalized luncheon and they hit it out of the park! The food was beyond amazing. Countless guests asking me "where did you find these people?" The servers and bartender catering to everyone's needs seemed effortless.Our guests are still raving about the food and the service we received. I am happy to highly recommend Laura and her team. This is truly a 5 star caterer. Â She and her amazing team are organized, helpful, efficient, polite, professional and the food was amazing. Â She did a bridal shower for us with a customized menu, we had chicken bella, caprese, pasta salad and hands down the best mashed potatoes ever. Working with Laura and her team from day was was such a breeze. Not only was she super responsive she was extremely kind. I was so happy to find that the day of the event her entire staff had the same beautiful attitude . When choosing a caterer you want someone who is organized, kind, and someone who makes the most amazing food. I can honestly say WHEN you book with them you will not be disappointed. The tuna tacos, goat cheese roasted veggie bruchetta, mini cheese burgers, cheese display, dessert display, and mini DONUTS- were all out of this world and displayed so so beautifully. At the end of the night the staff quickly packed everything up and even cleaned up after the whole party. Chef, my hats off to you and your crew. OMG! THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. Everyone commented on how delicious it was. Angie & Brenda, your crew was without doubt lifesavers. I loved them both. They came in took charge and gently forced me to focus on my daughter and myself. You were right. Had they not been there my stress level would have hit the roof.They were personable, professional, hospitable, completely on top of everything. I wish I could have done more for them they really pulled thru for me in so many ways. It was a pleasure having them here. You should be very proud. I cannot thank you enough. Between guiding me on the meal selection and advising me plus you were too generous with the food and your prices were just right. All I can say is from the bottom of my heart. Chef Laura and her team were exceptionally professional. Prior to the event, she really took the time to get to know us, and our preferences. She was more of an event planner than just a caterer. On the day itself, she took meticulous care of every little detail. We had no issue just leaving her to it and the results spoke for itself. Laura's experience and professionalism blew us away and it showed throughout our planning phase. My husband and I are very appreciative of her efforts to make our special day perfect and it was! Laura was so helpful from day 1 of our wedding planning. She helped us organize little details that we didn't even think of. Her food is amazzinnggg. We had a taco buffet and mini Mexican desserts. Laura and her team were an absolute blessing to work with! From before the wedding where she was constantly making sure we had exactly what we needed to make the day run smoothly, even stuff that was not the concern of the catering team (seriously she's amazing), to a few days before the wedding, when her and her staff were at the venue helping rearrange tables to make sure our floor plan worked perfectly, to the day of the wedding where her staff was so incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. So many of our guests complimented how amazing the food was and how professional and nice the staff was. Chef Laura was such a pleasure to work with! Her professional and happy attitude put me completely at ease in the lead up to and during a stressful event. She provided plenty of menu options and was able to work within my budget, which I really appreciated. On the day, her staff were professional and warm and she ensured everything went out smoothly. She also had great recommendations for other suppliers; cakes, rental equipment, photographers etc - Laura really went above and beyond, much more than just a caterer. Chef Laura catered a baby shower and a cocktail party for me in the past few months. Â She customized a menu for a Great Gatsby themed cocktail party for 50 people. Â Her Ahi Tuna Tacos, mini-cheeseburgers, and the fried lobster mac n cheese bites were exquisite. Â Her staff were professional and helpful and our drinks and plates were never empty. Â As for the baby shower, Â Chef Laura helped me from the inception to the end. Â She is creative and artistic and didn't miss a thing. The parents-to-be were so pleased with the event. Laura catered a small office baby shower breakfast for us at our office. Â Her attention to detail is meticulous and her level of caring about the event is extremely high. Â Her food is well executed and flavorful. Â Her french toast casserole which could be boring and hum-drum was divine and there was not a single pieces left...and not because there wasn't enough. Â Her yogurt parfaits again could be run of the mill, but the extra attention to the presentation and quality made even a simple dish shine. Â I would recommend Laura for any event - large or small.
